Research On The Application Of Origami Technique In Fashion Design

This topic aims to compare,transplant,radiate,and aggregate design ideas,design methods,and practice paths in the two disciplines of origami and clothing through cross-disciplinary research methods and theoretical reference.It is to realize the mutual reference and integration of the theoretical level between the mature discipline of clothing and the new discipline of origami.Ultimately,the study of interdisciplinary design of these two disciplines can be achieved through mutual promotion,borrowing,mapping,proximity,penetration and expansion.Origami clothing design inherits the characteristics of origami on the basis of clothing,shows the spatial relationship between origami and clothing,clothing and human body.Therefore,origami can bring more possibilities for the overall shape of clothing design.Taking origami as root,we can break the original structure on the basis of traditional clothing structure,which greatly enriches the creativity of clothing design.Designed with the perspective of origami techniques,it is conducive to break the current mode of copying.In this way,it can find new design points and innovation points for Origami Fashion Design,and give different personalities,styles and connotations to design works.This topic is developed from the following three dimensions.Firstly,this study systematically analyzed the origami system by combing the art of origami.Taking the technique of origami as the research object and the breakthrough point of origami clothing design,the core content of Origami Design logic,design method,artistic characteristics,etc.is extracted.Secondly,the existing origami clothing design is integrated into a system,and the design theory of origami clothing is systematically sorted out.Through a large number of case studies and some practical research,different types of origami clothing are classified by the logic of origami design and technique application.It also studies the application of origami technology in the design of garment overall modeling and local modeling.Finally,from the application methods summarized,the paper puts forward more possibilities for more specific aspects of clothing design,such as clothing design ideas,structural design,material design and clothing detail design,so as to inspire such interdisciplinary clothing design thinking.
