The technology of threshing and redrying plays an important role in the processing quality of tobacco leaves.The process of threshing and redrying determines the uniformity of the size distribution and the shape structure of the tobacco leaves,and the size and the shape structure uniformity of the tobacco leaves determine the effect of the later silk making.At present,the research on the influence of threshing and redrying technology on the quality of tobacco leaves mainly focuses on the chemical composition,and the research system of the influence of threshing and redrying on the structure of tobacco leaves is not perfect,which needs further research.The topic of this paper comes from the university enterprise cooperation project of Kunming University of science and technology "Research on the uniformity control of the structure of threshing and redrying sheet",and studies the influence of threshing and redrying on the quality of tobacco leaf in M redrying plant.1)Determine the main technology of threshing and redrying.According to the literature and Delphi technology,the main technology of the effect of threshing and redrying on the quality of tobacco leaves was determined to be moistening leaves,threshing and stemming,and redrying.2)The main factors influencing the quality of tobacco leaves were determined.According to the criterion of threshing and redrying technology,literature method and investigation in M Redrying Factory,according to the principle of index selection,the influencing factors of three main technologies of moistening leaves,threshing and redrying on the processing quality of tobacco leaves were worked out,and a total of 63 influencing factors were worked out;and data collection was carried out to analyze the processing quality of tobacco leaves,and T1-T4 redrying group was determined to be more reasonable for further analysis.3)Build index system.Through canonical correlation analysis,the causal relationship between the three main processes and the processing quality of tobaccoleaves is analyzed,and some important influencing factors are extracted;secondly,the contribution rate of each influencing factor of the main processes is analyzed by the principal component analysis,and some important influencing factors are determined by the contribution rate;finally,the results of the two analysis are processed together,and a total of 5 factors are obtained The index system of the influence of the main technology of threshing and redrying on the processing quality of tobacco leaves was established.4)The evaluation model of the influence of the main technology of threshing and redrying on the processing quality of tobacco leaves was established.Through the analysis,the factor score model and the index evaluation comprehensive score model are obtained.Through these two models,the index comprehensive score f is calculated,and the comprehensive score f is standardized to get the score Q.Taking the score Q as the expected output value of BP neural network modeling,the BP neural network is optimized by genetic algorithm,and an effective evaluation model is constructed.The error of the test results is within 5%,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimized BP network,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the quality of tobacco leaves. |
