| The C-H bond is one of the most common and important chemical bonds that constitute organic chemistry. The use of transition metal-catalyzed C-H activation to introduce specific functional groups into molecules is a green and efficient means. In natural products and pharmaceuticals, aldehydes and ketones are the most common structural units, and they play a vital role as intermediates in the synthesis of compounds. How to efficiently and selectively realize the C-H bond functionalization of aldehydes and ketones is of great significance to organic synthetic chemistry. The transition metal-catalyzed C-H bond functionalization reaction involving the transient guide group(TDG)provides a simple and effective way for the diverse synthesis of aldehydes and ketones.Based on the previous research, this paper designs and synthesizes a new class of amino amide transient guiding group?2-amino-N,N-disopropylsuccinamide,which realizes Pd-catalyzed fatty aldehydes, fatty ketones,Aromatic reaction of inert C-H bond of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic ketones and o-benzaldehyde compounds.Chapter one Introduction, the research progress of non-metallic catalysis and metal-catalyzed C-H bond functionalization in recent 10 years is reviewed. The C-H bond functionalization reaction catalyzed by the transition metal based on the guiding group is mainly introduced.Chapter two Research Section,The design and synthesis of a new type of transient guiding group with good versatility(2-amino-N,N-diisopropylsuccinamide)and the process of ?-C-H arylation of the guiding group in Pd catalysis In the study on the catalytic activity of fatty aldehyde ketone, aromatic aldehyde ketone and o-methylbenzaldehyde.Chapter three Experimental part, the synthesis method of aminoamide-directing group,Pd-catalyzed aldehyde and ketone inert C-H arylation operation method and structure characterization data of the synthesis product are described in detail. |
