| With the development of the aging population structure in China,stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and neurological diseases are increasing.These diseases can easily lead to hemiplegia,motor dysfunction and other symptoms in the elderly.Because of the problem of medical expenses and the lack of rehabilitation medical resources,most patients choose to do rehabilitation training at home.In order to help elderly patients with lower extremity dysfunction to carry out effective lower extremity rehabilitation training at home,this paper studies the medical theoretical basis of lower extremity rehabilitation training and physical and mental characteristics of elderly lower extremity dysfunction patients,investigates the rehabilitation needs and rehabilitation status of elderly lower extremity dysfunction patients,and carries out an experimental study on the position of pedal lower extremity rehabilitation training device and the backrest angle of training process.Finally,the design principles of pedal lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly are summarized and the pedal lower limb rehabilitation seats are designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Investigation and Study on rehabilitation status and home rehabilitation needs of elderly patients with lower limb dysfunction.Through questionnaire,interview and video recording,the investigation reveals the problems and needs in the rehabilitation process of the elderly patients with lower extremity dysfunction,including:(1)setting and fixing the position of the lower extremity rehabilitation trainer;(2)The practicability and safety of lower limb rehabilitation training,including the influence of too soft cushion on sitting up and the prone to body dumping without support during training;(3)Insufficient time for home rehabilitation training;(4)The top six functional requirements of rehabilitation seat are lower limb rehabilitation,upper limb rehabilitation,mobility,easy to understand operation interface,assistant sitting,physiological testing.(2)The position of pedal lower limb rehabilitation training device and the backrest angle during training were studied.The purpose of the experimental study is to study the suitable position of pedal lower limb rehabilitation training device and the backrest angle of the training process by measuring the body pressure distribution.The results of the study include:(1)The maximum pressure and peak-peak pressure of the lower limb rehabilitation training process can be used as evaluation indicators to select the appropriate height.H4(390mm)is the best height of the experimental results;(2)The average pressure of lower limb rehabilitation training process can be used as an evaluation index to select the appropriate distance;(3)The suitability of back-to-back angle in lower limb rehabilitation training was negatively correlated with the average and maximum pressure in the process of lower limb rehabilitation training.(3)Design practice.Based on the investigation of rehabilitation status and home rehabilitation needs of elderly patients with lower extremity dysfunction and the study of the position of pedal lower extremity rehabilitation training device and the backrest angle of training process.This paper summarizes the design principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly,including the functional size and shape design principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly,the material design principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly,the safety principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly,the ease of use principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly and the practicability principles of lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly.According to the experimental results,the position and backrest angle of the pedal trainer of the lower limb rehabilitation seats for the elderly were set up,and the design practice was carried out.The position of the trainer was adjusted by the structure design of the linear actuator and slide rail.In this paper,the rehabilitation status and needs of elderly patients with lower extremity dysfunction and the research conclusion of the position of pedal lower extremity rehabilitation training device and the backrest angle of training process will provide theoretical basis for the design of pedal lower limb rehabilitation seats for elderly and related rehabilitation equipment. |
