Single point incremental forming technology is a new sheet metal material plastic forming technology,which possess have many advantages such as green,low cost,quick forming and small forming force,effectively solves the problem of the high cost of traditional pressure forming,flexible character.Damage in single point incremental forming is forming one of the main failure form,as a new forming technology of how to improve the forming quality,inhibit the forming defect is a problem urgently to be solved in the forming technology,the study of forming limit is of important theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis the basis of single point incremental forming of applying ultrasonic vibration forming process,the theoretical analysis of ultrasonic vibration plastic forming mechanism.Ultrasonic plastic forming process was established finite element model,using ABAQUS/Explicit and ABAQUS/Standard for the 1060 PCS/scts of aluminum sheet cone damage strain during forming process simulation,and analyses the influence of amplitude,frequency,forming regional thickness thinning and plastic strain limit.Ultrasonic vibration of single point incremental forming experiments validate the ultrasonic vibration amplitude and frequency on the forming force and the influence of forming limit form variables.Experiments show that the vibration of the ultrasonic can reduce the single point incremental forming force generally under the specific amplitude and frequency,ultrasonic vibration can enhance the single point incremental forming limit variables,and ultimately determine the suitable for aluminium sheet of single point incremental formng ideal modal parameters.In experimental breakage forming by high power electronic magnifier measuring scale variable,improves the accuracy of measurement.Through the experiments on according to the interpolation fitting limit damage variable analysis,it is concluded that aluminum plate ultrasonic single point of single point incremental forming strain limit.Comparison of the forming limit strain and the finite clement results shows that the correctness of the simulation.Drawing 1060 aluminum plate ultrasonic single point incremental forming limit curve,analyses the limit state of judgement and ultrasonic vibration amplitude,frequency,influence on the forming limit curve,it is concluded that more accord with the actual requirements of single point incremental forming forming limit curve,so as to avoid any damage to a single point incremental forming defects provides reference.
