Gob retaining roadway technology is an important part of coal pillar free mining system,which plays an important role in easing the tension of mining replacement,improving the recovery rate of coal resources and reducing the tunneling rate of roadway.Key technology link along the empty left lane lies in the support system design and build on,the current traditional near along the lane for pillar,waste rock bag wall and supporting structure such as dense concrete masonry wall and high water filling body wall structure of most of the support resistance deficiencies,such as poor stability,and high costs for all sorts of problems,unable to adapt to and meet the deep and high stress state for the engineering requirements.Based on the engineering background of no.3 working face A02 in luxi coal mine,this paper studies the application of concrete-filled steel tube pier and column support technology in the underground gob retaining alley by means of theoretical analysis and field practice,and obtains good application effect.Firstly,the structure of the 3 lower A02 working face and its overlying rock mass in luxi coal mine is analyzed and studied,the breaking step distance of the overlying rock layer of the roadway is obtained,and the overlying rock layer is grouped,and the supporting resistance of the roadway side is calculated and the collapsible energy of the supporting body of the roadway side is estimated.Then,the characteristics and mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tube structure are studied,and finally the gob retaining roadway support system is designed with concrete-filled steel tube piers and columns as the supporting structure beside the main roadway.This system takes concrete-filled steel tube piers and columns as the supporting structure beside the main roadway.A certain space is reserved above the pier and the wooden wedge is added as a flexible cushion.Adopt diamond mesh+air duct cloth+waste bag as the isolation measure of goaf;A row of roof control anchor cables is built close to the coal wall.Single hydraulic support is used for auxiliary support.Reasonable construction measures are designed and optimized through practice to ensure the quality and efficiency of construction.Through the engineering practice,and through the analysis of the observation records of the scene:the use of steel tube concrete structure as the support system for the support on way has the support strength,can achieve high let-supporting resistance,simple construction technology,speed etc.,for this can successfully reserved roadways,effectively reduced the amount of roadway drivage,obtained good economic benefit,as a reference for deep well,high stress and popularization value.
