Mine hoisting system is an extremely important link in mine production.Its normal operation directly affects the production of mine and the safety of personnel.Bearing system,as an important component and core component of the whole hoisting system,its operation status directly affects the performance of the whole hoisting system.Once the bearing system fails,it will lead to the normal operation of the hoisting system and bring huge security risks and economic losses to coal mine production.At present,the monitoring of bearing system of hoist in most coal mines is too simple,and the monitoring of parameters needs manual processing.To a certain extent,the monitoring accuracy and content can not meet the requirements of coal mine safety regulations.Therefore,in order to completely eliminate the major accidents caused by rolling bearing faults,it is very important to develop an on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for rolling bearings with high automation and operation efficiency.Taking rolling bearing as the research object,aiming at the actual operation of the bearing system of the main and auxiliary shaft hoist in coal mine,this paper analyses the development trend of bearing fault and the characteristics of its characteristic parameters,combines advanced monitoring technology and control technology,and combines multi-sensor fusion technology,material-link communication analysis technology,remote fault diagnosis and processing technology to study a Siemens PLC.Based on the data acquisition system of the lower computer and MGCS upper computer,a fast diagnosis method of bearing fault based on median filter and wavelet transform is proposed.According to the fault characteristics of inner ring,outer ring and rolling body of bearing,the location of bearing fault is accurately judged.The reliability and stability of the system are verified by field application.The research and application of condition monitoring technology for mine hoist bearing system has really realized the transition of management and maintenance of mine hoist from planned maintenance and accident maintenance to preventive maintenance based on condition monitoring and monitoring,reduced the number of staff,improved the modern management level of coal mine equipment,and created for coal mine enterprises on the premise of ensuring the safe operation of hoist.Greater economic and social benefits will be achieved.
