The outbound loading of beer is a very important part of the operation of the enterprise.The speed of loading directly affects the efficiency of turnover,which in turn affects the efficiency of the enterprise.The traditional beer loading method uses manual loading,which is labor intensive,but the loading efficiency is very low.In order to cope with the problems of low loading efficiency,high labor intensity and high cost in the fast-growing beer enterprises,this topic starts from the actual requirements and combines the existing literature to study a fast-packing beer based on the telescopic loading machine technology.Firstly,according to the function analysis of the fast loading system of beer,the design of the rapid loading system is carried out.The system mainly includes the position adjustment part of the truck and the part of the telescopic loading machine.Through the analysis of the beer delivery process,the above two are respectively Partially,the scheme is determined.Secondly,according to the requirements of the posture adjustment of the truck,the design of the attitude and adjustment system of the truck is designed.A two-dimensional lidar-based truck attitude adjustment scheme is studied to determine and design the attitude measurement scheme of the truck.Mechanical execution system;again,combined with the existing data and telescopic loading function requirements,an overall plan for the telescopic loading machine suitable for the whole beer is proposed,the feasibility of the verification scheme is verified,and the structural design and related theoretical calculations of each part are carried out.The finite element analysis of stiffness and strength was carried out.Finally,Flexsim was used to analyze the loading efficiency of the manual loading and rapid loading system.The results were compared and the conclusions were drawn.The rapid loading and unloading system based on the telescopic loading machine technology improves the outbound efficiency of the finished beer,saves labor and reduces labor costs,and has a good application prospect.
