In China,the use and research of carbon dioxide fracture are mostly in the field of coal mine.In recent years,the application of carbon dioxide fracture has gradually expanded to the filed of opencast mining of rock.Due to the lack of relevant heoretical research.the application of this equipment in the filed of opencast mining of rock is limited to a certain extent.This article discusses base on the basis of domestic scholars on carbon dioxide fracturer in coal mine on the basis of application and theory research,used the theoretical analysis,field experiment and numerical modeling method,and research on mechanism of action and the optimization of construction parametes of opencast mining of rock with carbon dioxide fracturer.this research improve the equipment in the field of opencast mining of rock theory foundation,improved the production efficiency of the device.First of all,on the basis of quantity reading and summarizing domestic and foreign research results,respectively from the existing of blasting theory of rock,hole wall pressure态energy analysis and the dilatancy of cracks of rock caused by carbon dioxide fracturer four aspects analyzes the carbon dioxide crack crack ability and the action mechanism,it is concluded that mechanism of action similar to that of concentrated charge,the shock waves and high pressure gas in the rock expansion has played a major role.Second,this text from the perspectives of equipment,related laws and regulations construction process,introduces system for carbon dioxide fracturer,and through the field experiment of four different characteristics observed the distribution regularity of rock fracture,the rock displacement,law of gas escape path,etc.,it is concluded that crack of carbon dioxide fracturer crack rock fractures associated with vertical opening surface,a crack in the rock for the tensile fracture,crack produces large rate higher.Thirdly,using the discrete element method numerical simulation software(PFC5.0)effect of carbon dioxide fracturer in the rock crack on the surface of the vertical opening.The role of numerical simulation of the numerical model of rock mass is established and set expansion particles,observation of rock fracture development regularity in the process of crack and the crack phenomenon in the experiment verification,it is concluded that get the vertical crack of airport surface crack in carbon dioxide fracturer effect on decreasing clamping force of rock and the role of providing displacement space and when no native rock fracture,crack in carbon dioxide fracturer is generated rock fracture development mainly near the jet hole,it is difficult to reach the airport surface.Finally,this text the basis of summarizing the previous theory,the field test results and the numerical simulation results come up with mechanism of action of opencast mining of rock with carbon dioxide fracturer.Under the effect of carbon dioxide fracturer,the early stage of the rock was mainly affected by shock wave,middle gas quasi-static role played a main role in the expansion of the rock fracture,while the stress drop generated by rock in the late stage also helps the development of the microscopic fracture at the crack tip.According to the research results of this paper.Suggestions are put forward for the application of opencast mining of rock with carbon dioxide fracturer from the four aspects of creating secondary crack and crack parameters of the face face and the construction process.
