At present,the global mining industry is actively developing more intelligent and automated coal mining technology and striving to develop intelligent mine construction in order to solve the problems of high production costs,low mining efficiency and poor safety and high labor intensity of workers that occur in the coal mining process.An underground excavation working face robot support platform is now proposed to make the excavation working face roadway support work more intelligent.Based on the existing temporary support methods and devices,an innovative design was carried out to propose a new structure of the underground excavation working face robot support platform.The robotic support platform was mainly composed of three parts:the suspended hydraulic temporary support device,the anchor rod installation robot and the hydraulic anchor rod drilling rig.Determine the basic structure of each part,and describe the specific structural features and operating principles of the suspended hydraulic temporary support device,the anchor installation robot and the hydraulic anchor drilling rig.Analysis and study of the various working processes of hydraulic anchor drilling rigs,calculate the corresponding structural parameters,and complete the structural design of hydraulic anchor rigs.Finally,finite element analysis software is used to analyse the key components of the robotic support platform and derive stress cloud maps and weak points to verify the correctness of the design.Research and design the hydraulic system diagram of the hydraulic anchor drilling rig,and use the AMESim software for simulation,then analyze the simulation results and verify the rationality of the design.The robotic support platform for the underground excavation face designed in this thesis is a guide to the safety and labour intensity issues faced in the current coal mining process.Figure[62]table[10]reference[57]...
