Mine hoist is the last link of coal underground transportation.It runs continuously every day.Its work task is heavy and power consumption is huge.At present,most mines in China use single PLC as the main control system to control the hoist operation.A large part of the speed regulation system still uses the rotor circuit series resistance to speed regulation,running for a long time,and the energy consumption is too large.During the actual operation,sometimes the fault will appear on the PLC hardware or peripheral devices,which will cause the hoist to stop operation and cause serious losses to the coal production and safety.A set of automatic operation monitoring system of mine hoist controlled by redundant PLC is designed and developed in this paper.This paper introduces the overall scheme design,using two sets of Siemens S7-400 PLC to realize the hardware dual hot standby,retain the original rotor circuit series resistance speed regulation system,connect to the frequency conversion speed regulation system,and realize the software programming to optimize the operation parameters of hoist,redundant switching and communication of double PLC fault,energy saving operation control,frequency conversion and rotor circuit series resistance speed regulation mode switching,safety loop,fuzzy fault tree diagnosis and alarm,etc.,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of hoist.In order to ensure the energy saving operation of the hoist,an energy saving operation control method is proposed in this paper.A simulated annealing-genetic algorithm is used to optimize the operation parameters of the hoist with the minimum energy consumption in one lift,and the S stroke control algorithm is brought into the hoist to control the hoist operation.The results show that the hoist energy saving,safe,s Tab.and reliable operation can be realized.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the hoist,a fuzzy fault tree diagnosis and analysis method is proposed in this paper.The fuzzy fault tree diagnosis and analysis of mine hoisting system is designed.The fuzzy fault tree is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the fault of "wire rope" system,and the importance degree is obtained and compared in turn.The analysis results show that the fault diagnosis of hoisting system is based on fuzzy fault tree diagnosis technology.Can provide technical reference to maintenance personnel to ensure timely maintenance of hoist.Siemens WinCC configuration software is used to complete the upper computer monitoring design.Through the MPI communication protocol,the data exchange between the upper computer and the field PLC is realized,and the various states and fault alarm information of the hoist running in the shaft are displayed and monitored in real time.Through the remote monitoring interface,the manager can understand the real-time state of the hoist.In this paper,The automatic operation monitoring system of a mine hoist was studied,realizes the automatic operation of the hoist,ensures the hoist to run more stably and reliably,reduces the power consumption of the system,and makes the maintenance more convenient.The production efficiency is improved.
