Rock burst and gas outburst are major safety accidents in underground coal mine operation.At present,coal mine drilling rigs are commonly used to drill holes in specific positions of coal wall to relieve pressure and drain gas.However,the underground working conditions of coal mine are complex and changeable,and sticking problems often occur,resulting in greater economic losses,reduced construction efficiency and easy to cause further mine construction safety accidents.In order to solve the sticking problem,it is of great significance to improve work efficiency and reduce the occurrence of sticking accidents.through theoretical analysis and simulation optimization.In this paper,the main structure and working principle of ZDY3200S mine full hydraulic tunnel drill,a typical coal mine drill,are analyzed.Based on the existing anti-sticking schemes,the load-sensing hydraulic system is proposed as the hydraulic control system of coal mine drilling rig to prevent sticking in soft coal seam and karst cave,and the change of rotary pressure signal is used to control the reversing valve to prevent slowly changing sticking.The simulation model of load-sensitive hydraulic system of drilling rig is established by AMESim.Different sticking signals are added to the simulation model.The simulation results show that the system can prevent and deal with the sticking phenomenon in coal mine.In view of the deficiencies in the control of load-sensing hydraulic system,this paper analyses the PID control algorithm and the fuzzy control algorithm,and combines them to give full play to their respective advantages.A fuzzy PID controller is designed to control the load-sensing hydraulic system of drilling rigs.In order to verify the effectiveness of the fuzzy PID controller,the hydraulic system model and control model are built in AMESim and Matlab/Simulink respectively.Through the joint simulation of two software,the load-sensing hydraulic control system of drilling rig is optimized.The results show that the control effect of fuzzy-PID is better,the system response is faster and the oscillation is smaller.Therefore,the fuzzy-PID control meets the need of load-sensing hydraulic system control,and further verifies the effectiveness of anti-sticking scheme.
