In this paper,the microcapsules were prepared by suspension polymerization with 58#refined wax as core material and polystyrene as wall material.The effects of surfactant type and dosage,initiator type and dosage,polymerization temperature,polymerization time,crosslinker type and dosage,core wall ratio on the microcapsules were investigated.The results showed that AIBN as initiator and PVP-K30 as dispersing agent can be used to prepare solid powder microcapsules.The spherical size of the microcapsules prepared with 6%PVP and 2%AIBN is relatively uniform;the microcapsules prepared with 80?polymerization temperature and 5h polymerization time have good dispersivity and no obvious agglomeration;the microcapsules prepared with different kinds of cross-linking can be made In the microcapsules prepared with DVB,it was found that the surface of the microcapsules was round and the melting enthalpy was high;the thermal decomposition temperature of the microcapsules prepared with 11%DVB was 254.3?,which had good thermal stability.The melting enthalpy of the microcapsule prepared with core-wall ratio of 3:1 was 152.2J/g,and the morphology of the microcapsule was good;at the same time of adding crosslinking agent,MAA,AA,MA and BA were used as the second copolymerization monomers to prepare microcapsules.The results show that the microcapsules prepared by adding MA have good morphology,and the initial decomposition temperature reaches 256.4?,which has obvious protective effect on the core material;the microcapsules prepared by adding 20%monomer MA have high core material content,melting enthalpy of 169.9J/g,have good heat storage performance.The wall material was modified by nano-SiO2 modified by silane coupling agents KH550 and KH570.The organic-inorganic hybrid wall material microcapsules with wax as the core material were prepared by adding crosslinking agent and comonomer.The effect of the amount of modified nano-SiO2 on the performance of the microcapsules was mainly investigated.It was found that the surface depression of the microcapsules was reduced when the content of KH550 modified nano-SiO2 was 4%,the melting enthalpy of the microcapsules was170.8J/g,the initial decomposition temperature was 242.3?;the size of the microcapsules prepared when the content of KH570 modified nano-SiO2 was 6%,the melting enthalpy of the microcapsules was174.0J/g,the core material content was 93.9%,and the initial decomposition temperature was 246.5?The microcapsules have good thermal storage properties.
