| With the development of technology,emerging fields have higher and higher requirements for materials and precision,so materials with high strength,high hardness,and high temperature resistance continue to emerge.However,these materials are difficult to process using traditional processing methods.The laser heating assisted processing technology is a composite processing technology that reduces the hardness of the material and improves the machinability of the material by increasing the local temperature of the material.However,there is currently a lack of commercial laser composite processing systems,and there is a lack of coordination between machine tools and laser systems.Therefore,this article explores the cooperation of processing in two aspects of laser position and heating temperature,and studies the following contents:According to the requirements of the processing system,the following solutions are proposed: the system can recognize and adjust the position of the laser spot through machine vision under different processing methods;obtain the heating temperature at the focal point of the laser spot,compare it with the set temperature,and adjust the heating temperature.Form a closed-loop feedback to ensure the stability of the temperature in the cutting zone.For the research of laser position control algorithm,first obtain the mapping relationship between the robot base frame and the spot focal coordinate system,then study the incident angle of the laser vector,and use the vision to obtain the spot position,and then use it according to the incident angle under different processing methods.Spot position control algorithm to adjust the laser incident angle and spot position.For the simulation and test of spot position control,a system simulation model is established for motion simulation,and a simulation system is built for motion test.In the process of adjusting the position of the light spot,the Euclidean distance between the actual value of the light spot and the ideal value is continuously compared,and multiple adjustments are made to ensure that the error value is less than a certain threshold.Aiming at the research of temperature adaptation,a finite element model is established,and the temperature field is simulated to study the influence of laser parameters on heating temperature.The PID control method is used to realize the closed-loop feedback of heating temperature control;finally,the simulation of the temperature feedback system is carried out to analyze the effect of temperature control.Aiming at the research of laser heating auxiliary cutting temperature adaptive system,the laser heating system is built with infrared thermometer,camera,RS485 adapter card,laser,manipulator,compound machine tool and other hardware.Among them,the temperature data is collected by an infrared thermometer and fed back to the host computer.The laser power is controlled through the 485 communication protocol to adjust the heating temperature.The camera is used to obtain the visual information of the light spot and monitor the position and posture of the laser light spot.The laser heating assisted cutting temperature adaptive software system is developed using C++ programming language. |
