At present,the current driver safety education in China lacks the education content aiming at the causes of driver’s accident tendency,and neglects the psychological characteristics of drivers when learning driving skills,and the lack of practical training,which leads to the poor effect of the safety education of the existing drivers.In order to improve the safety education effect of drivers,this paper designs the accident tendency questionnaire and the driving learning personality evaluation scale which is suitable for non professional drivers in cities by referring to the personality type and disc personality evaluation of educational psychology.The model for dividing drivers’ driving learning personality is established,and the causes of accident tendency drivers are analyzed,The paper designs the targeted content of safety education.Finally,according to the anchor sinking effect,forgetting law and the tendency of educational stimulation,the anchor type safety education method for different driving learning personality drivers is proposed,and the feasible safety education scheme is designed.Firstly,the driving learning personality of drivers is defined.Combined with the personality temperament types of educational psychology,three driving personality factors,namely flexibility,emotion and equilibrium temperament,are obtained by K-means clustering algorithm.Then,based on the disordered multi classification logistic regression model,the paper establishes the model of driving learning personality division,and proposes three driving learning personality,namely,dogmatic driving learning personality,emotional driving learning personality and calm driving learning personality.Secondly,the drivers in the growth and maturity period are defined.The causes of accident tendency of non professional drivers in growth and maturity are analyzed by SPSS binary logistic regression model.The factors that have significant influence on the growth of accident prone drivers are driving proficiency and risk prediction ability,while the factors that have significant influence on the mature accident prone drivers are the concentration degree and calm driving learning personality and emotional driving learning personality in driving learning personality.Then,based on the analysis of the causes,the paper designs the targeted education content,combined with psychological "anchor sinking effect",and proposes the anchor type safety education method suitable for the driver of accident tendency in the growing period.The method uses the simulation driving technology and various educational stimulation methods to train the driver’s thinking and action,and from the first angle of view,it studies and trains the driving skills to help them improve their driving proficiency.And establish the first view accident experience training library,let the driver experience the accident process from the first perspective,improve their risk prediction ability.Finally,considering the tendency and characteristics of different driving learning personality,the reasonable memory cycle is set according to the forgetting curve of thinking memory and the forgetting curve of action memory.Finally,three safety education schemes are designed,which are suitable for dogmatic,emotional and calm driving learning personality in the growth period,and the effectiveness is verified.Finally,the anchor type safety education method of accident prone drivers can supplement the current driver safety education system,and provide the driver safety education scheme which considers the personality tendency characteristics of drivers in driving learning,so as to improve the safety education effect of drivers,enhance the driver’s defensive and safe driving awareness and reduce the driver’s accident tendency.
