| Technology of laser assisted turning as applied to around 1970 as a way to improve the success rate of difficult-to-machine materials processing such as light industry military industry electronic industry the development of precision equipment requirements and the material properties of the parts have higher requirements,also appeared a variety of high strength,hardness and brittleness of cutting materials.Beryllium material with high strength and low coefficient of expansion is widely used in aviation and aerospace fields.Laser assisted turning of beryllium material has great development potential,but there are also many problems to be solved.In this paper,finite element simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out to solve the problems of laser assisted turning beryllium material.This paper studies the following aspects:Firstly,the temperature field of laser assisted turning beryllium material is analyzed.The temperature field model of laser assisted turning beryllium material was established,and the parameters of the temperature field simulation model were modified by temperature measurement experiment.The effect of laser parameters on the temperature of cutting position is analyzed by simulation.By calculating the temperature field,an empirical formula is created to provide a basis for the selection of laser parameters.Secondly,the finite element analysis of laser assisted turning beryllium material.According to Hopkinson pressure bar test,the constitutive parameters of stress-strain curve fitting were obtained to modify the parameters of temperature field simulation,and the finite element analysis model was created to determine the heating temperature of the laser and the material properties of the tool.The effect of laser assisted machining and ordinary machining temperature on cutting force is analyzed.Finally,experimental research and processing parameters of laser assisted turning beryllium material.According to the experiment of laser assisted turning beryllium material,a number of different processing parameters were selected to carry out the turning experiment,and the cutting force in the turning process was measured.The processing state of laser assisted turning was analyzed.The finite element analysis model created was verified to be reasonable and the parameters were optimized through the comparison between experiment and simulation. |
