The self-locking structure is different from the traditional connection method.The connection between self-locking parts relies on the shape of the parts themselves,and does not need to be connected by nails,glue,etc.At the same time,it can be repeatedly disassembled and assembled without causing destructive damage to the parts.Combining it with 3D printing technology can reduce the size limitation of 3D printing furniture and further exert its advantages in manufacturing process.This thesis applies computer-aided design technology and parametric methods to propose a new self-locking furniture design method,which decomposes a given furniture model into interlocking three-dimensional parts,so that the decomposed furniture parts can be manufactured by a three-dimensional printer.Reduce the limitation of 3D printing technology in printing furniture size.At the same time,Volonuoyi map is applied to the optimization of the shape of self-locking furniture,which makes the visual effect of self-locking furniture more abundant.This paper proposes a plane-based self-locking furniture design method,which decomposes a given furniture model into several self-locking parts,so that the decomposed parts are suitable for three-dimensional printing.After the printing is completed,these parts can be assembled into self-locking structural furniture.At the same time,in order to reduce the difficulty of constructing self-locking furniture,the given model is transformed into a two-dimensional plane,and then a self-locking surface is constructed on this two-dimensional plane,and finally the two-dimensional self-locking surface is transformed into a three-dimensional model through software.The research results show that:(1)The construction of self-locking rows needs to form a self-locking relationship and at the same time make the parts expandable on the x-axis.(2)The construction of the self-locking surface needs to form a new self-locking relationship under the premise of ensuring that the connection relationship between the self-locking rows is not destroyed,and at the same time construct the expandability of the self-locking parts on the Y axis,so that Parts can be expanded in an orderly manner along the x-axis and y-axis.(3)The construction of self-locking furniture only needs to expand the basic self-locking parts in an orderly manner to obtain the corresponding self-locking surface.At the same time,through the three-dimensional processing of the self-locking surface,various forms of self-locking furniture can be obtained.On this basis,in order to make up for the shortcomings of self-locking furniture in the past,this thesis proposes to optimize the design of self-locking parts,self-locking planes,self-locking curved surfaces,and the overall shape of self-locking furniture through parametric design methods.First,control the discrete point set of the generated Volonoi diagram to generate a two-dimensional Volonoi diagram with different visual effects.Then through the combination of the input model and the Volonoi diagram,the shape optimization design application of the Volonoi diagram in the self-locking furniture is finally completed.The research results show that through the application of Volonois map algorithm in self-locking furniture,the shape of self-locking furniture can be optimized,and a variety of self-locking furniture shapes can be generated.In this thesis,the furniture model is decomposed through a self-locking structure,thereby reducing the cost of 3D printing and reducing the size restrictions on the input model,providing new ideas for the application of 3D printing technology to the design of large-sized furniture.At the same time,through the optimized application of Volonoi Diagram in the design of self-locking furniture,it solves the problem of simple modeling in the design of self-locking furniture in the past,improves the aesthetics of self-locking furniture,and provides innovation in furniture design and furniture products.Three-dimensional printing provides a certain reference and reference.
