Hydraulic support is a piece of crucial mechanical equipment in the coal mining industry.Due to the harsh working environment of coal mining,hydraulic support is used frequently.It undergoes a large load,which requires regular maintenance and repair to ensure its good working condition,and disassembly is an essential part of the maintenance operation.At present,in the process of maintenance and disassembly,it may exist some problem,which are unreasonable disassembly procedures,small maintenance space,maintenance personnel’s disassembly process does not meet the optimal level of ergonomics,and workers have certain safety hazards during operation,resulting in high efficiency and low cost in the maintenance and disassembly process,so it is urgent to optimize the ergonomics of maintenance and disassembly.This paper conducted research from two aspects:planning of repairing and dismantling of hydraulic support equipment and ergonomic analysis in the process of dismantling.Firstly,the CATIA three-dimensional model of the two-column cover type coal release hydraulic support equipment was established.The mathematical model of disassembly path planning was defined according to the solid model structure.The project establishes the complete disassembly matrix data,used the improved genetic algorithm to design the path planning algorithm,used the C#programming language to design the target part disassembly path planning program,called the matrix data,and finally realized the disassembly path.The project established a complete disassembly matrix data,used an improved genetic algorithm to design the path planning algorithm,used C#programming language to design the target part disassembly path planning program,called the matrix data,and finally implemented the disassembly path planning program,and calculated the disassembly path when the final disassembly target part was a column.A repair and disassembly scenario was established in the DELMIA simulation platform.The DELMIA virtual human model and virtual human disassembly posture were established based on human data.A virtual human handheld disassembly tool model was established and imported into the repair and disassembly scenario for repair disassembly simulation.The ergonomics,visibility,and comfort analysis tools of the DELMIA simulation platform were used to analyze the disassembly process ergonomics.The analytic hierarchy process was used to establish an index evaluation system for the overall level of maintenance and disassembly ergonomics,and the significance each evaluation index was determined.On this basis,ten experts from the hydraulic support maintenance workshop were invited to score the ergonomics of hydraulic support dismantling by Delphi Method.The 9 evaluation indicators of ergonomics are scored and evaluated,a fuzzy matrix was established,and the ergonomics analysis data was comprehensively evaluated by the Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal method.The results showed that the disassembly process’s overall ergonomics was"average," and the maintenance personnel index was evaluated as "poor".Finally,the Fishbone Diagram was used to analyze the problems of Man,Machine,Material,Method,and Environment in the maintenance site,and the reasons for low lighting environment,low noise environment,and easy fatigue of maintenance personnel in the maintenance workshop were analyzed.To improve the on-site working environment of the maintenance workshop and the operation efficiency of maintenance personnel,the 5S improvement program was developed,which was implemented in five steps:Sort,Set In Order,Shine,Standardize and Sustain.In this paper,a calculation method for the disassembly process of a hydraulic support was explored,which made the disassembly process more intelligent,reasonable and convenient.Simultaneously,a set of ergonomics evaluation method and optimization scheme for the disassembly process of hydraulic support,improving quality and reducing the cost of repair and disassembly of hydraulic bracket equipment.The final project resulted can improve hydraulic support maintenance operators’ working environment and provided a reference for the improvement of ergonomics in equipment maintenance enterprises.
