Nowadays,with the progress of the times and the rapid development of science and technology,virtual assembly technology has developed into a high-tech.It is widely used in the virtual environment to simulate the assembly process and has become a vital part of virtual manufacturing.This article applies Unity3D and its virtual simulation and virtual reality technology to mechanical products,and realizes the further exploration of virtual assembly and virtual reality assembly system of mechanical products,which has good practicability.This technology provides a certain basis for the virtual teaching and training of 3D visualization of mechanical products,and also has certain exploration and reference significance for the in-depth study of virtual simulation and augmented reality technology in mechanical products.The offset press virtual assembly system was developed on the basis of virtual reality technology,using the sheet-fed offset offset press PZ1740E as a prototype.First of all,the data collection and analysis of the printing press,the use of professional modeling software 3ds Max to establish a model of each part of the printing press,through the analysis of the constraints between the parts,the assembly of the parts into the entire printing press,and interference detection.Among them,collision detection technology is an indispensable key technology in the virtual assembly process,which can improve the authenticity of the virtual assembly process and has a very important role in enhancing the immersion of the virtual assembly system.Then use 3ds Max for texture rendering and part of the animation,and finally integrate the multimedia and three-dimensional object formation system through the post-development platform Unity 3D,and publish it as a PC-side application and mobile phone application APP.The system's automatic assembly animation demonstration and manual assembly operation running simulation and other functional modules have successfully realized people's learning on the appearance observation and disassembly of offset printing machines.Virtual assembly technology perfectly combines the advantages of virtual reality technology and 3D modeling technology,simulates a virtual assembly environment,verifies the correctness of assembly design ideas and operation processes,and facilitates the early detection of problems in assembly and modification The model can finally realize the visualization of the assembly process.Virtual reality technology,with its advantages of immersion,interactivity,and conceivability,effectively compensated for the deficiencies in traditional education and teaching,corporate training,such as lack of intuitiveness,limited venue funds,and insufficient equipment,reducing the investment in equipment and wasted Decision-making mistakes,etc.,meet the basic requirements of modern teaching and training.
