| Through a large number of literature investigations,this paper has mastered the domestic and foreign research status of drilling rig drawworks transmission mode,planetary transmission optimization method and planetary transmission performance analysis,and laid a good theoretical foundation for the optimization design and performance analysis of high-power planetary transmission for drilling rig drawworks.In order to give full play to the advantages of compact structure and small size of planetary transmission,provide a better transmission scheme for offshore drilling platform drilling rig drawworks.Relying on the relevant parameters of the 1500 HP electric drive planetary drive drawworks,the statics performance of the drilling rig drawworks planetary drive is first studied,which lays the foundation for the optimal design of tooth surface contact and tooth root bending constraint conditions later.Establish the objective function of planetary transmission volume,transmission efficiency and transmission coincidence degree,and normalize the objective function of transmission volume to obtain the total objective function of the optimized design,which is solved by sequential quadratic programming and particle swarm method respectively.After optimization,the rig drawworks The volume of the planetary transmission is reduced by 67%,the transmission efficiency is increased to 97.7%,and the transmission coincidence degree is increased to 1.43.The response surface structure of the planet carrier is optimized based on Workbench.After the optimization,the volume of the planet carrier is reduced by 4.27%,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 7.1%.Establish the translation-torsional coupling dynamic vibration model of planetary transmission gear train,obtain the differential equations of motion of each component,and solve it based on Workbench.Different floating mechanisms in planetary transmission have a certain influence on the mode of planetary transmission gear train.The sun is studied separately.The mode of the planetary transmission gear train when the wheels are floating,the planet carrier is floating,and the inner gear ring is floating.The results show that when there are two basic components floating together,the natural frequency of the vibration mode of the planetary transmission gear train increases significantly,which is suitable for the planetary transmission of high-speed transmission.In order to study the dynamics of the drilling rig drawworks,based on the physical model of the drilling rig drawworks,and through reasonable assumptions,the dynamic differential equations of the drilling rig drawworks were established,and the analytical solutions were obtained to obtain the drilling rig drawworks.The displacement response,velocity response and acceleration response of the tripping system.In order to make the analysis results more accurate,a drilling rig trip model was established in Adams,and the system response when the drum started with a linear function curve,a quadratic function curve and a logarithmic function curve started was studied respectively.According to the simulation results,the dynamic load situation of the system under the three startup modes is analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that when the winch starts with a linear function curve,the system has the smallest dynamic load and the smallest fluctuation frequency at the drum. |
