| TFT-LCD glass substrate interlayer paper,as a special interlayer paper for thin film transistor liquid crystal displays,plays an important role of separation and protection during its storage and transportation,and has a broad market prospects.In this work,through the selecting and optimizing of the ratio of fiber raw materials,the bonding force of the fibers is improved,and the base paper is endowed with good organization uniformity,high tensile strength,air permeability,stiffness and surface strength.Furthermore,by adjusting and controlling the p H value of the papermaking system,the interlayer paper is slightly acidic to ensure the stability of the anti-mildew performance.The antibacterial effect of paper was improved by adding alkyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt(MSDS)antibacterial agent into pulp.Exceptionally,to ensure the clean environment of the papermaking system and meet the high cleanliness requirements of the TFT-LCD glass substrate without dust and impurities.Finally,through the surface micro-coating process,the stability of strength and air permeability of the paper are controlled to ensure that the paper has better mechanical properties during use.According to the ratio of softwood pulp:hardwood pulp:bamboo pulp=2:1:7,the paper tensile strength is 28.1791 N·m·g-1,the stiffness reaches 18 m N,and the roughness and air permeability are 937.25 ml·min-1and 982 mm·s-1respectively(under 1.47k Pa).When the amount of citric acid(CA)is 1.5-2 g/1 kg of paper in the papermaking system,the p H value and conductivity of the paper are more suitable.The p H value of the pulp is 5.9-6.2,the p H value of the paper is 6.1-6.3,and the conductivity is 15-25 us/cm.At the same time,the use of CA can enhance the mildew-proof effect of the paper.Moreover,high-quality environment and water sources are also important requirements for the production of TFT-LCD glass substrate interlayer paper.When the addition amount of MSDS antibacterial agent is 0.5-1 g,the mechanical properties such as strength and air permeability of glass substrate interlayer paper are kept stable by adding in pulp,and the product can be endowed with certain antibacterial and soft properties.The use of surface-coated nanocomposite coating can effectively improve the stiffness and air permeability of the paper,and improve the mechanical properties of the TFT-LCD glass substrate interlayer paper.When the 0.5%concentration of nanocomposite coating is selected and the coating amount is 0.5 g/m2,the strength is32.46 N·m·g-1,which is an increase of 14.01%relative to the base paper.The stiffness of paper increased to 30 m N,which was 10 m N higher than that of base paper.The roughness and air permeability of the paper reached 725.75 ml·min-1and621.2 mm·s-1(under 1.47k Pa),respectively.And the picking velocity of the paper reached 2.4 m/s.It has obvious effect on improving the mechanical properties of high-grade TFT-LCD glass substrate interlayer paper. |
