In recent years,with the rapid development of my country's coal chemical industry,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,and environmental protection has attracted more and more attention.Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yulin Coal Chemical Limited company,The old sulfur recovery tail gas treatment system discharged sulfide content of400mg/m~3,far higher than the new national environmental protection emission standard100mg/m~3,sulfur recovery rate of 99.2%,and the old system The equipment is old,the pipelines are corroded etc.,and the amount of maintenance is relatively large.Therefore,in order to improve the above problems,after external investigation,the principle of Claus sulfur recovery process,the influence factors,the choice of catalyst,and the comparison and analysis with various exhaust gas treatment processes at home and abroad,new optimization and improvement measures were finally proposed.The preliminary exhaust gas treatment of the new system is the same as that of the old system.The back-end treatment mainly includes a new link-ultrafine particle calcium exhaust gas treatment.This link is mainly divided into three parts:exhaust gas system,ultrafine particle calcium feeding system,and ash discharge system.It not only increases the processing capacity,the average daily processing capacity reaches 41 tons,which is 10 tons more than the old system.At the same time,the sulfur element in the acid sulfide gas in the tail gas is more efficiently recovered.The sulfur recovery rate reaches 99.95%,as well as the new The sulfur dioxide emission standard in tail gas specified by the country is 100mg/m~3.The new sulfur recovery tail gas treatment system adopted by the company is an economical,green and efficient acid gas tail gas treatment system with good application prospects.
