| With the rapid development of economic globalization,enterprises need to continuously improve the overall quality of employees in order to achieve sustainable development.The relationship between managers and employees directly affects the cohesion and development potential of enterprises.Therefore,employee demand is a factor that the enterprise management needs to focus on.Today,with the continuous improvement of enterprise management level,employee satisfaction can be used as a reference for enterprise management level.Employee satisfaction reflects the breadth and depth of an enterprise’s management work from the side.It is an important foundation for the sustainable development of an enterprise to make ordinary employees,especially front-line employees,satisfied with all aspects of the enterprise.In the oil industry,the work of frontline employees is very basic but very important,and their working environment and working conditions are relatively poor.Therefore,it is very important and practical to pay attention to the actual demands of frontline employees in oil enterprises.Changqing Oilfield Company is in a period of rapid development and expansion,and needs to maintain sufficient stability of the organization.It is necessary for Changqing Oilfield Company to understand the status quo of front-line staff satisfaction,understand the influencing factors of satisfaction,and carry out targeted improvement for the dissatisfaction of front-line staff.Therefore,this paper selects the satisfaction of the front-line employees of Changqing Oilfield Company as the research object.Combined with the basic theory and method of satisfaction research,and the questionnaire survey results of the satisfaction of the front-line employees of Changqing Oilfield Company,this paper constructs the structural process model of the satisfaction of the front-line employees,and quantitatively analyzes various factors directly and indirectly related to the satisfaction of the employees,On the basis of the existing model,this paper determines the variables that need to be improved in Changqing Oilfield Company,summarizes the problems existing in Changqing Oilfield Company’s satisfaction,and further designs some strategies to improve Changqing Oilfield Company’s employee satisfaction,including salary promotion,company management and hardware,It is expected to improve the actual sense of acquisition and satisfaction of front-line employees,so as to ensure the stable development of Changqing Oilfield Company. |
