High precision ultra-thin cutting wheel is mainly used in electronic information field of all kinds of precision parts and components of high hardness of components and machinery precision cutting and grooving,general installation used in electric,pneumatic polishing machine,high linear velocity at work,if the quality of the grinding wheel piece is unqualified,not only causes its broken,but also easy to damage the product processed,seriously threatened the life safety of the staff.At present,the performance of ultra-thin cutting grinding wheel is often tested by traditional detection methods at home and abroad.The detection results have certain randomness,which cannot completely guarantee the quality of high-precision ultra-thin cutting grinding wheel.Molding precision ultra-thin cutting wheel detection equipment and not mature enough,rarely detection method has certain limitations,based on the above background,based on the experimental research and analysis of all kinds of data design a new type of high precision ultra-thin cutting wheel thickness measurement system,to improve the testing quality and efficiency of grinding wheel piece has the vital significance.The main contents are as follows:1.According to the high precision ultra-thin cutting wheel thickness,flatness,resistance,inner diameter and density,test parameters,such as set a target of modular testing for grinding wheel piece of on-line detection system overall scheme design,and based on the finished device select quality testing unit and and used to test the parameters such as size,tolerance,imaging detection unit.2.Based on the comparison of the two grinding wheel thickness detection results of contact type and non-contact type for many times,the contact measurement method with relatively stable data was selected;In the study of contact measurement method,the experimental data of measuring the thickness of grinding wheel piece by single sensor and multi-sensor were compared.According to the principle of stability of data curve,the multi-sensor top-to-top measurement method was selected.Based on the method of measuring the top of the sensor,the design and manufacture scheme of the thickness detection module of the grinding wheel were completed,and the error compensation analysis was carried out on the measured data of the test bench.The results show that the error of thickness measurement is less than 2?m after error compensation.According to the requirements of material property,size,model,operation mode,troubleshooting and storage of measurement data in the thickness testing parameters of high precision ultra-thin cutting grinding wheel,the control system of thickness testing equipment was designed and written based on PLC program.3.According to the resistance detection performance requirements of high-precision ultra-thin cutting grinding wheel piece,a resistance detection device is designed,which is composed of electrode moving part,workpiece moving part and workpiece rotating part,and the design concept and movement form of each part structure are introduced in detail.Design the resistance detection and control system and write the PLC control program to complete the work flow of the resistance detection process.4.According to the actual needs of the detection unit,a four-degree-of-freedom handling manipulator is formed by using three linear modules and a rotating motor to drive the sucker.Each test unit of design of carrying manipulator and control process of the overall system,according to the whole carrying manipulator control function,design thickness detection unit to the call of the manipulator,resistance detection unit to call of the manipulator,quality testing unit of manipulator's call,image detection unit to call of the manipulator and four detection unit for the manipulator call control process.The measured results show that the detection time of every 100 grinding wheels is 56 minutes,and the accuracy of thickness and resistance detection is more than 99%,which can save 2/3 of the time compared with manual detection.The detection system shows good stability,can replace manual to accurately complete various parameters of grinding wheel detection,has a higher engineering application value.
