The use of electrochemical corrosion to improve the surface area of Al foil is a method widely used in the industry at present.The slow speed corrosion method using parallel plates has been very mature.In order to further improve the performance and production efficiency,the fast speed corrosion process of profiled plates has been gradually paid attention to in recent years.However,there are few researches on the process and mechanism of fast speed corrosion.In this paper,the preparation technology and mechanism of fast speed corrosion Al foil were studied by single factor method.The influences of solution concentration,shielding coefficient,total current,plate size and temperature on the corrosion properties of the foils were studied,as well as the influences of phosphoric acid,PSSA and both corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion properties of the foils in the reaming corrosion.By means of weight loss method,bending,specific capacitance and electrochemistry,corrosion foil was tested,and the microstructure of its surface and cross section were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The relationship between the process parameters and the etched tunnel holes was discussed.The results showed that:(1)the fast speed of hole corrosion kinetics,A period of short-term high current density mainly determines the tunnel hole density,section B by gradually reduce the high current density mainly affect the growth of the longitudinal length of tunnel hole,C section of low current density and chemical corrosion stage mainly increase the Al foil on the surface of tunnel hole on the number of single hole diameter and puckering.The specific capacitance increase can be divided into three stages.(2)In the pore-forming corrosion,the corrosion system is HCl-H2SO4.The concentration of Cl-in the corrosion solution,shielding coefficient,total current,plate size and temperature are analyzed by single factor analysis.The results show that when the concentration of Cl-is0.9 mol/L,the shielding coefficient is 0.4,the total current is 1400 A,the plate size is 90 mm,and the temperature is 70?,the tunnel holes on the surface of Al foil are uniformly distributed,the pore density is large,the pore diameter is moderate,the pore length is long,the effective specific surface area of Al foil is fully increased,and the specific capacitance is the highest.(3)When the content of phosphoric acid is 0.09 mol/L,the corrosion inhibition effect and the capacity increase effect of Al foil are the best and the specific capacitance is the highest,which is 0.836±0.0078?F/cm2.When PSSA content was 0.4 m L/L,the specific capacitance reached the maximum value of 0.777±0.002?F/cm2.When phosphoric acid:PSSA=0.06mol/L:0.1 m L/L,the maximum specific capacitance is 0.839±0.003?F/cm2.Composite corrosion inhibitors are larger than capacitors and require less.
