At present,the problems of bimetallic composite pipe mainly focus on the interface joint,including incomplete joint of composite interface,stress concentration at interface and corrosion cracking.In this paper,through different heat treatment of 30 crmoa carbon steel-825 nickel base alloy bimetallic composite pipe produced by explosive cladding + cold rolling method,the interface joint performance of bimetallic composite pipe is explored.The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and decarburization layer thickness near the interface of bimetal composite pipe were observed by metallographic microscope;the morphology of precipitated phase near the interface was obtained by electron probe microanalysis technology to explore the diffusion of elements and the precipitation of carbide particles;the effects of heat treatment process on the hardness,cooperative deformation ability and critical shear strength near the interface were investigated by nanoindentation experiment Through the combination of machine learning theory and heat treatment process,the main microstructure parameters affecting the interface bonding ability are extracted based on the principal component analysis technology,and the model of microstructure parameters and interface bonding ability is established;through the model optimization parameters,the interface bonding ability is improved,and the interface bonding ability is improved The bimetallic composite pipe with good interface bonding performance was obtained by controlling the reverse material design and controlling the interface microstructure.Through a series of experiments,when the quenching temperature is 910 ?,the tempering temperature is 610 ?,and the holding time is 45 min,the composite pipe interface comprehensive performance is the best,and the interface bonding performance is improved the most.It is a suitable heat treatment process for 30crmoa-825 bimetal composite pipe.
