Aluminum alloys have many excellent properties,such as low density,good ductility,high specific strength,and easy processing,and they are widely used in various industries,including automotive,aviation,and ship.However,due to the low hardness and non wear resistance of aluminum alloy,it limits its further application as a key component.Surface modification is the main method to improve the surface wear and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy parts.At present,many physical or chemical surface modification technologies have been applied to the surface modification of aluminum alloys.However,these surface modification technologies still have some shortcomings,such as high cost,thin cladding layer,complicated process,etc.Laser cladding has many advantages,such as fast cooling speed,low heat input,low dilution rate,and large cladding thickness range.It has become the main method for surface modification of aluminum alloys.High-entropy alloys have excellent properties such as wear resistance,high strength,and corrosion resistance,making them the preferred coating material for surface modification.This article uses laser cladding technology to prepare Alx(Cr Cu Fe Ni)100-x(x=4,8,12,16,20%.at),Al12Cr Cu Fe Ni+x Y2O3(x=1-4%.Wt),Ti5Al16Cr21Cu21Fe21Ni21,on the aluminum alloy surface Three sets of high-entropy alloy coatings.Through OM,XRD,SEM and EDS analysis,Vickers hardness test,electrochemical corrosion test,friction and wear resistance test and other analytical test methods,the phase composition,microstructure and wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the three-combination gold series are analyzed.Studying the relationship between microstructure and coating property.The relationship between coating properties and microstructure was investigated to reveal the influence of Al,Y and Ti elements on the microstructure and properties of the coatings on alcrcufeni high entropy alloys.The experimental results show that the influence of Al,Ti,and Y on the high-entropy alloy exhibits a cocktail effect.In terms of phase composition,The phase composition of the high-entropy alloy coating with 4%aluminum content is FCC+BCC,and the high-entropy alloy coating with medium aluminum content(8%)is composed of FCC+BCC+B2 three phases.The high aluminum content(12%,16%,20%)coating is composed of BCC+B2 dual phase;the addition of Ti makes the coating appear FCC phase;the addition of different contents of Y2O3all makes the coating appear The FCC phase.In terms of performance,the increase of Al element effectively improves the hardness of the coating,the highest hardness reaches 746HV0.5?The wear resistance of the coating has been greatly improved,and the volume wear rate is 1.01×10-7mm2/N.Element Ti further improves the wear performance of the coating,and the volume wear rate reaches 0.68×10-7mm2/N;Y2O3 greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the high-entropy alloy coating,and the minimum corrosion current density is 0.28?A/cm2.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effects of various elements and their contents on the structure and properties of high-entropy alloys.
