Metal rubber is an elastic porous damping material,which not only has the elastic damping performance of rubber,but also has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance,and aging resistance ability because it is made of metal materials.It has attracted a lot of attention in recent years and has been widely employed in aerospace,ships,national defense and military fields.Also,it has important theoretical significance and application value to carry out research on the preparation process parameters of metal rubber and on its mechanical properties.In this article,the main preparation parameters of metal rubber,such as relative density,filament diameter and spiral roll diameter,were studied.The influence of the relative density,diameter and spiral coil diameter on the mechanical properties of metal rubber blocks was acquired.Aiming at the macroscopic static mechanical properties of metal rubber,comprehensively considering the influence of the internal structural parameters of metal rubber on the properties of metal rubber,considering to the stress analyze of curved beam,a constitutive model of non-linear hysteresis characteristics of the metal rubber is established and verified by experiments.The test method was designed by the surface response method,and the regression equations of the equivalent stiffness,equivalent elastic modulus and energy dissipation coefficient of the mechanical properties of the metal rubber were established,and the tests were verified.At the same time,the significant influence of the process parameters on the mechanical properties was obtained.Study the process parameters and the change law of the equivalent elastic modulus,equivalent stiffness and energy dissipation coefficient of metal rubber and draw the graph,which is convenient for selecting the appropriate process parameters combination according to the performance requirements,and provides a design basis for the development of metal rubber.
