The crude oil storage depot is responsible for the storage,export and transshipment of crude oil from various oil extraction plants in the oil field.It is a national first-level fire and explosion-proof key site.The production process has a high degree of continuity and danger.Once important equipment fails,serious safety accidents will occur,which will also cause great negative effects on personnel,property,the environment and the entire society.In addition,the potential accident risk of crude oil storage is extremely high.If safety precautions are neglected,it will lead to major accidents.Therefore,in order to determine the risk ranking of crude oil storage equipment and the risk level of crude oil storage,this article research on risk assessment technology of active crude oil storage depots and achieved the following results:Analyzed the common damage modes of static equipment in crude oil storage,established a crude oil storage static equipment risk assessment model based on RBI technology,determined the risk level of static equipment in the crude oil storage in various scenarios,and aimed at different static equipment.According to the calculation results of equipment risk level,corresponding risk control measures are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for reducing the risk level of static equipment.Established a crude oil storage dynamic equipment risk assessment model based on RCM technology,determined the risk level of dynamic equipment in a crude oil storage warehouse,and analyzed in detail the common failure modes,failure causes,and causes of each failure in dynamic equipment.The impact of failure modes on other components is more scientific and reasonable to put forward a maintenance strategy to reduce equipment risks from this analysis perspective.Established a crude oil storage safety risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,combined the static equipment risk assessment model and dynamic equipment risk assessment model into the crude oil storage safety risk assessment,and solved the risk of static and dynamic equipment in the crude oil storage.Combining the fuzzy exchange principle and the principle of maximum membership degree,the risk level of the crude oil storage is determined to be medium risk.The risk values of oil storage tanks,oil pumps,pipelines,compressors,hot water boilers and external heating furnaces are 0.5192,0.2330,0.1296,0.0558,0.0316,and 0.0308 respectively.Based on the research of crude oil storage risk assessment technology,the “Crude Oil Storage Equipment Risk Assessment Software” has been developed to realize the functions of document management,data management,historical fault information management,FMECA analysis,equipment risk calculation and maintenance strategy formulation.The software can identify equipment with higher risk levels in the current situation,clarify the equipment risk level ranking,and improve the work efficiency of risk management.
