With the continuous development of the electronic industry,the demand for wireless electronic devices in various industries is becoming more and more urgent.Many research teams are exploring the feasibility of using environmental energy for power supply.Vibration energy is widely existed in nature.The vibration energy is converted into electrical energy by vibration transducer and stored.The stored electrical energy is applied to power supply of micro electronic devices such as wireless sensor,so that the corresponding sensor can be separated from the power cord and limited battery energy.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies on the characteristics of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA),a new type of MSMA vibration transducer with higher power than the previous one is designed and fabricated by adding a cantilever force amplifier in the energy conversion part by using the verali effect of MSMA The theoretical model of the cantilever force amplifier is established,and the influence of various parameters on the performance of the cantilever force amplifier is analyzed.Secondly,the magnetron characteristics and damping characteristics of MSMA are studied,the relationship between the parameters and the deformation of MSMA is obtained,and the corresponding curve is drawn.A magnetic circuit with high magnetic induction intensity is designed,and the magnetic circuit is analyzed by using ANSYS Maxwell simulation software.Using the above analysis results,the mathematical model of the whole model is established,the displacement response function of MSMA is obtained,and the relationship between the various factors and the energy conversion efficiency is further clarified,and the theoretical analysis of the energy conversion efficiency is completed.Finally,the power management circuit of MSMA new vibration transducer is designed and manufactured by ltc3108 chip.The power management circuit is used to collect,store and use the low-frequency and low-voltage AC energy output by the transducer.The circuit is simulated by LTSpice software,and the feasibility of the power management system is verified.The experimental prototype of MSMA vibration transducer is made.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system,and provide a reference for using MSMA to collect vibration energy.
