| As a typical large-scale rotating machine,the idler group and belt of the remote belt conveyor are the main fault sources.The inspection of long-distance belt conveyor mainly relies on manual inspection,which has the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,low real-time and long time.Aiming at the inspection problem of remote belt conveyor,this paper designs an inspection vehicle along the fixed track,and takes the inspection vehicle as the research object,carries out the corresponding research and design work.Firstly,this paper analyzes the overall requirements of the inspection vehicle,determines the design requirements and control objectives of the inspection vehicle,calculates the power consumption of the vehicle according to the movement of the vehicle,selects the motor and deceleration scheme,and analyzes and selects other functional schemes.Then,according to the technical route,the hardware and software development platform needed by the system is designed and studied.On this basis,the design and construction of the inspection platform is completed,and the debugging of the hardware system and the development of the software system are completed.This paper also studies the motion characteristics of the inspection vehicle,simplifies the vehicle as a whole as a wheel rail system model,and obtains its motion characteristics by using high-speed camera,and obtains the transfer function of the system,which has done basic research work for the follow-up research.In this paper,a positioning method is also proposed,and the scheme description and experimental verification of this method are made.At the same time,other functions are debugged.The test shows that the designed inspection vehicle and control system has good reliability,realizes the inspection of the remote belt conveyor,and achieves the design goals of movement,positioning,communication,data acquisition and storage. |
