| Compared to the homogeneity materials,the composite laminates have the advantages of higher specific strength and specific modulus,and have been widely used in aeronautics and military industrial manufacturing.Composite laminate is a composite material made by component stacking,its material performance is limited by interlaminar binding quality,and the adhesive distribution status is influenced by preparation method,but the evaluation of the quality lacks an accurate method,thus a further exploration of the interlaminar binding quality is limited.In this paper,the application direction of composite laminate for vibration reduction was determined,the AZ31B-PE sandwich-type laminate was designed,and the material preparation,dynamic properties and vibration damping effect were explored respectively.The content of research result includes the following three parts.1.A gluing-rolling-pressing three-step preparation method was proposed,with an evaluation method of adhesive distribution quality based on measurement and image processing,the effect of laminate rolling was evaluated by this method,the component separation of laminated plate under different roll gap was studied by using FEA method.2.The first six-order natural frequency and vibration mode of the AZ31B-PE sandwich-type laminate under the cantilever condition were obtained by using EMA and FEA method,the experiment and simulation results provided a reference for the correction of the AZ31B-PE sandwich-type laminate dynamic modeling.3.A bite-in shock vibration exciter was designed to simulate the bite-in shock vibration of the horizontal two-roll mill testbench.An AZ31B-PE sandwich-type laminate shim was prepared to reduce bite-in shock vibration,the vibration damping effect of each component was explored and the damping mechanism was obtained.The results show that adhesive of AZ31B-PE laminate made by gluing-rollingpressing three-step preparation method is thin and uniform,the distribution area of the adhesive between the substrate and cladding was greatly improved compared to the distribution area before rolling;The study of the vibration reduction effect of AZ31 BPE laminate shim shows that the substrate material contributes most of the vibration reduction of laminate,and the AZ31B-PE laminate shim has the ability to convert the energy of shock vibration into mechanical energy consumption dispersion,which greatly enhances the overall vibration reduction effect of the sandwich laminate. |
