| Flotation is the best method to improve magnesite grade.With the decrease of high quality magnesite reserves,how to develop low grade magnesite is of great significance to the development of magnesium resource industry.At present,the floating minerals used in the separation plant have the tendency of complex composition and difficult separation of gangue minerals.The traditional single amine collector has poor harvesting performance of silicate minerals in this kind of minerals.Three magnesite samples from Yihao,Huayu and Jiachen were determined by AMICS and XRF.It was found that the silicate minerals were mainly garnet,amphibole and olivine.Combined with the research and development at home and abroad and the combined analysis of the new collector described in the literature by meteorological chromatography-mass spectrometry,this paper selects a variety of amine and surfactant combined amine collectors.First,the flotation test of Huayu magnesite sample shows that,When 1#amine,3#amine T-80 and GY-310 is selected,the reverse flotation desilication flotation index is the best.The refined mineral rate of Yihao ore sample is 64.99%and the Si O2content is 0.14%,the refined mineral rate of Huayu ore sample is 78.80%and the Si O2content is 0.11%.Using FTIR infrared spectroscopy,the tailings before and after KDJ-M action were compared and analyzed.It was found that the KDJ-M had better removal ability of silicate gangue minerals in refractory magnesite.By analyzing the mechanism of the new collector on the refractory magnesite by infrared spectroscopy,it was found that the ether group was purple-shifted at the 1104cm-1,forming ion association reaction,and the cations of the collector associated with the anions of silicate formed hydrophobic groups.Effectively improve the hydrophobicity of gangue minerals.Under the synergistic action of many kinds of amines,the chelation of silicate minerals can be better,the morphology of the binding is more stable,and the added surface is alive Compared with the traditional single amine collector,it has better harvesting ability for garnet,amphibole and other silicate minerals.In view of the difficulty of decalcification of Yihao magnesite samples,on the basis of oleic acid system,the combined positive flotation collector was selected and the positive flotation collector was finally determined by pharmaceutical screening.The experimental results show that compared with single oleic acid,compound collector has better decalcification ability.Under the condition of determining the optimum dosage of medicament,the effects of stirring speed,aeration rate and slurry concentration on the flotation index of reverse flotation were studied.Finally,the stirring speed of 2000 r/min,the aeration rate of 90 L/min,the slurry concentration of 400 g/L were determined as the optimum flotation conditions,and the effect of p H value on the demineralization index of positive flotation was clarified.For three magnesite samples,KDJ-M have good desilication effect.This study is of great significance to the theory and practice of magnesium flotation. |
