With the increasing demand for Marine resource exploitation in various countries,the development of subsea production system has taken an increasing proportion in the field of Marine resource exploitation in various countries.subsea control module(SCM)is a key component of the subsea production system,which controls the subsea production equipment,collects and transmits data,and ensures the stable and reliable exploitation of Marine resources.At present,the shallow-water Marine resources are declining sharply,and the exploitation of offshore oil and gas is gradually developing into the deep-sea field.Therefore,it is very important to develop offshore oil equipment and technology.China’s subsea production system is a late development,and has made a major breakthrough in core equipment such as SCM,which has been verified by good practice.However,related supporting equipment is not complete,and it still relies on imported equipment from abroad.Therefore,in order to break the monopoly of foreign technology and promote the localization of subsea production equipment,the research of SCM installation tool is indispensable in the development of subsea production system in China.According to the interface and function requirements of SCM,an overall scheme of SCM installation tool is proposed.According to the locking function requirements of SCM and SCM installation tools,a steel ball locking mechanism was designed.According to the locking function requirements of SCM and SCMMB,an adaptive sleeve mechanism was designed.Finite element simulation analysis was carried out on the main force bearing parts in the process of installation and recovery.Aiming at the soft landing requirement of SCM installation,a hydraulic system with synchronous hydraulic cylinders was designed.According to the analysis of the docking positioning accuracy in the process of SCM installation and recovery,the mathematical models of the axial inclination Angle,radial deviation and circumferential deviation of each docking positioning mechanism under different states were established.In the process of installing SCM,the floating mechanism,guide cylinder docking and positioning mechanism and the lower cylinder docking and positioning mechanism were analyzed and modeled.In the process of SCM recovery,the guide barrel docking and positioning mechanism,the locking unit docking and positioning mechanism and the lower barrel docking and positioning mechanism were analyzed and modeled.According to the soft landing speed of the SCM and the coupling of the hydraulic and electrical connectors of the SCM,the stress separation of the main stress parts in the installation and recovery of the SCM was carried out from both the land and the subsea aspects.According to the requirements of soft landing speed,calculate the pressure and flow required by a single hydraulic cylinder,calculate the pressure and flow required by the hydraulic system according to the hydraulic principle;According to the hydraulic control scheme,the appropriate hydraulic components are selected,and the flow channel of the valve block is optimized by FLUENT.The SCM installation scheme and docking positioning model were simulated and analyzed.According to the mathematical model of the docking mechanism in the process of SCM installation and recovery,the relevant parameters were numerically analyzed and the optimal values of the design parameters were selected to ensure the smooth operation of SCM installation and recovery.According to the SCM soft landing scheme,the hydraulic system of soft landing was simulated by AMESim,and the synchronization rate of different schemes and the influence of the hydraulic pipe length on the synchronization rate were analyzed.The fault tree method is used to analyze the reliability of soft-landing hydraulic system failure,and the key components are found by importance analysis.
