Submarine pipeline transports is the main transport form of submarine oil and gas,damage occurs frequently because of marine corrosion and accident.Subsea pipeline plugging and tie-in system can complete plugging leakage pipeline,achieve pipeline tie-in as quickly as possible,reduce environmental pollution and enterprise economic loss.Seal structure is key part of subsea pipeline plugging and tie-in system,completing plug and tie-in avoiding second leakage.The paper takes packer seal rubber barrel and connecter metal seal structure of subsea pipeline plugging and tie-in system as research subject.Study the effect of temperature on rubber barrel seal performance,modeling leakage rate and evaluating its tightness rating based existing standard of metal structure.For the temperature field in packer seal rubber barrel and the mechanical properties of rubber are greatly affected by temperature,simulate seal property of rubber barrel when steady temperature field is formed,analyze the influence of temperature on seal property and shear strength of rubber barrel.In order to increasing seal property of rubber barrel,the aim is to improve the contact stress and shear stress,optimize the structure parameter of rubber barrel by response surface method.Considering machining error of rubber barrel and axial compressive force error provided by hydraulic system,calculated the reliability of rubber seal by combining theory with simulation.In order to analyze seal performance of metal seal structure of connector in emergency plugging and tie-in system,establishing multiscale contact mechanics mathematical model which considering transition stage the elastic deformation transform to plastic deformation.Verified the correctness of the mathematical model by comparing with others model.Analyzed the influence of fractal parameter of rough surface and equivalent elastic modulus on dimensionless contact area and percentage of contact area of different deformation state.Regard formed area by metal seal surface no contact each other,establishing mathematical model mass flow rate and permeability of real gas flow in fractal porous media,Verified the correctness of the mathematical model by comparing with others model and experiment data.Analyzed the influence of two-dimension fractal parameter and mean pressure in pore on mass flow rate and permeability.Combined multiscale contact mechanics mathematical model and real gas flow mathematical model,calculated volume leakage of system under different contact pressure,evaluation tightness level of system by proposed standards.
