Based On Six Sigma DMAIC Method,Research On Improvement Of Silk Production Rate Of Z Enterprise

Enterprise development is nothing but to reduce costs and increase efficiency,constantly improve product quality,enhance market competitiveness.However,after the technological transformation of the production line of the silk making workshop of Z Enterprise was completed in 2014,the production and operation situation of all aspects needed to be improved.In particular,there are many problems that need to be solved from the data of main thread production rate collected.Randomly selected 10 batches of silk yield data were analyzed,and main thread section of tobacco out silk rate has been 90.16%(by tobacco pure silk in the conversion rate of tobacco thread section of the silk rate fluctuations around,there is a big gap with target 90.36% production technology standard,it is the goal of the Z enterprise in authors efficiency led to solve the practical problems.In Z enterprise’s activities to further promote the establishment of excellent cigarette factories,various methods and practices of lean management have taken root and sprouted in the factories.This paper takes a cigarette brand as an example,analyzes and studies the current situation of the silk making workshop of Z enterprise,combines theory with practice,and adopts the Lean six Sigma DMAIC method to analyze and solve the problem of low silk production rate of the main thread segment.In the research and analysis,MINITAB software is applied to analyze the data.Through five stages of DMAIC,detailed analysis is conducted from the perspectives of human,machine,material,method,ring and measurement,etc.,and appropriate improvement measures are found to improve and optimize the existing problems.After the improvement,the silk production rate of the main thread segment of a brand has been greatly improved,from the original 90.16% to 91.35%,reaching and exceeding the workshop process target value,and bringing great economic benefits for the enterprise.The workshop saves the annual cost of more than 6.2 million yuan.Through the study on the improvement of the main section of the silk thread rate,in the enterprise,the practicality of six sigma DMAIC method has been proved workshop later still vigorously promote lean management mode,and other continuous improvement workshop production line of the problem of low efficiency of production,after a series of improvement,not only achieve the goal of the authors efficiency,but with the production of the workshop had greatly promoted and perfected.
