paliurus zinc supplement oral solution 1.1 Research on the content of beneficial elements in Cyclocarya paliurusIn this experiment,three pre-treatment methods,wet digestion method,dry digestion method and graphite digestion method,were selected.ICP-OES was used to simultaneously determine the contents of six beneficial elements in Cyclocarya paliurus tea,and methodological verification was performed.Difference in element content.1.2 Animal experiment of the effect of Cyclocarya paliurus supplementation of zinc and calciumThe effect of Zinc and Calcium supplementation on the water function in vitro,indicating that it has antioxidant capacity.Conclusion:1 Different digestion methods have little effect on the element content of Cyclocarya paliurus,and the specific digestion method should be determined according to the sample and the type of the tested elements;2 The preparation process of Cyclocarya paliurus hypoglycemic capsules was preliminarily determined,and the quality inspection,qualitative and quantitative inspection of hard capsules were carried out;3 The water extraction and blending process of Cyclocarya paliurus unilateral beverage was optimized and the antioxidant experiment confirmed that the beverage had obvious antioxidant effect.
