Ultrasonic welding is a welding method with high production efficiency,economical and environmental protection,and high degree of automation.The principle of ultrasonic welding is that in a heated or pressurized environment use high-frequency periodic mechanical waves on the material to cause plastic deformation and material diffusion to form a connection.Its welding process is a variety of stress superposition and energy conversion.The material will generate dynamic recrystallization under the high strain rate of ultrasonic.Ultrasonic affect the internal phase structure changes due.The complex welding mechanism makes it effective to deal with some problems in fusion welding,such as the effective removal of oxide film,materials with widely different connection performance.Therefore,this article uses ultrasonic welding to connect aluminum-based composite metal materials and polymer materials.By changing the experimental parameters to observe the phenomenon and analyze date.In the ultrasonic welding of metal materials,selected Cu,TC4,Al-50Si,1060Al and 2024Al as the research objects,and conducted four sets of experiments without intermediate layers.First,the effect of different welding temperatures on the structure of the weld seam is studied.Fund the lowest temperature in experiment.Second,the effect of ultrasonic time on its welding strength.The experiment of 1060Al/Ag/1060Al and 2024Al/Ag/2024Al were also studied.The experiment found that the ultrasonic wave has a destructive effect on the Al2O3 film.Ultrasonic promotes the interdiffusion of the substances,and provides the phase change energy for Ag2Al,and forms a hexagonal structure in a close-packed structure.In the ultrasonic welding of polymer materials,selected acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS),polyethylene(PE),polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and polypropylene(PP)as the research objects.Changing the direction of the ultrasonic wave to study the effect on its welding effect.In addition,the connection between plastic and metal foil and the interconnection between metal foil were also tested.
