During the southward push of the Jiangjun No.2 Mine,the coal seam elevation gradually decreased and the overlying peeling layer thickened.Increasing the slope angle to ensure the safety and stability of the slope will shrink the boundary of the pit bottom and reduce the recovery of coal resources.In order to increase the recovery of coal resources under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the slope,while ensuring the transportation road,this paper uses the basic principles of open-pit mining,the time-dependent slope theory and the optimization theory to study the slope under the condition that the thickness of the overlying rock layer gradually increases.Stability and stability guarantee plan,explore the feasibility of the crushing station's pit and open up the transportation system layout and haul distance optimization in the case of end-side transportation road interruption,the conclusion is as follows:(1)Based on the supplementary exploration data of the slope geology of the second mine,the lithology,geological structure and hydrogeology of the entire mining area were analyzed,and the slope stability analysis of each end of the first mining area was carried out.Studies have shown that the stability of the rock mass in the fire zone of the North Bang is poor.It is recommended to adjust the 530m slab from 5m to 10m,and the 515m step and 530m step from the original 15m and 10m section heights to 13m and 12m,respectively.The east bank can adjust the inclination angle of the lower rock mass from 32°to 35°under the premise of satisfying stability to improve economic benefits.The south bank can realize steep bank mining by quickly pressing the bank and improve the recovery of coal resources.The operation parameters of the external dumping site and the internal dumping site were determined,the external dumping steps and seven internal dumping steps were set,and the amount of soil discharged on each step of the second mine in 2019 was planned.(2)According to the analysis of coal seam occurrence conditions,the advantages and disadvantages of the surface crushing station and the crushing station in the pit are compared.The research shows that the selection of the crushing station in the pit can effectively reduce the transportation distance of raw coal and save truck fuel consumption.However,due to the arrangement of the end-side belt conveyors,it will seriously affect the end-side development transportation system,making the traffic density of the southern section too large and increasing the stripping distance.In combination with the current advancement,the belt conveyor needs to be moved once every 6 months,and the relocation period will seriously affect normal production.Therefore,comprehensively considering the production and operation costs and production efficiency of the surface crushing station and the crushing station in the pit,it is finally recommended to choose the surface crushing station.(3)Based on the design at the beginning of the year,the stripped material transportation road was optimized.The study showed that after the southern bank B2 coal finally reaches the boundary according to the annual plan,the intermediate bridge on the southernmost side of the west bank B2 coal roof can save 726m..After the B5 coal at the southern end of the bank is recovered to the boundary coal pillar,the transportation system above the southern bank B5and stripped to the inner dump can save 971m.Adding the North 472 transport flat plate and the West?490??472 road can save 299m of transportation distance.Reserve roads on the roof of B2 coal,and add?452??426 roads to the south of B2 coal to save 369m of transportation distance.Adjust the 30m wide B5 bottom plate from the first mining area of??the south bank to the boundary side to a 25m wide B3 bottom plate and a 5m wide B5bottom plate security pan.The west bank can add B3 bottom plate?B2 top plate transportation ramps to save 371m.After the optimization of the transportat After the optimization of the transportation system design,a total of 5108m transportation distance can be saved,15,834,100 yuan of freight for stripping can be saved,and the annual cost of stripping can be reduced by 0.437 yuan/m~3.
