When mining short distance coal seam,when mining the upper coal seam,the stability of the lower coal seam will be affected to a certain extent,and even the lower coal seam can not be normally mined.According to the actual situation of the mine,it is of great significance to select the corresponding roadway support mode and surrounding rock control mode for safe and efficient mining.Based on this,this paper takes 2-2 close distance coal seam of Sanjiaohe coal mine as the research object,analyzes the roadway layout mode of 601 gateway,and further improves the existing support mode by combining theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,so as to effectively improve the coal carbon recovery rate and realize the safe and efficient production of the mine.The results are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of the mine,the stress model of the surrounding rock of the roadway is established,and the stress distribution law is analyzed.When the width of the coal pillar is more than twice the length of the equilibrium zone,the coal pillar can be regarded as a stable coal pillar.(2)The deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in close distance coal seam and the influence of local overload on the stability of surrounding rock are analyzed,and the failure mechanism of roadway is obtained.The cross-section of the roadway is designed to be rectangular and trapezoidal,and the support mode is bolt mesh beam cable combined with shed support,and the supporting parameters of bolt and anchor cable are calculated according to relevant regulations.(3)The reasonable staggered distance model of 2-2 coal seam gateway under the goaf of 2-1 coal seam in Sanjiaohe coal mine is obtained,and it is concluded that the roadway layout of Sanjiaohe coal mine will be carried out in the way of interleaving the inside and outside of the two gateways.The simulation results show that the stability of the mining roadway is the best when the distance between inside and outside is about9 m when the thickness of coal seam is less than 3 m.(4)The support method of roadway roof in 2-2 coal seam is further improved and field practice is carried out.The results show that the designed roadway support scheme has an extremely effective role in promoting the stability control of surrounding rock of target mine,effectively improving the stability of roadway surrounding rock,and improving the production efficiency and safety of the mine.There are 49 figures,18 tables and 60 references in this paper.
