Among the many factors that affect the dynamic characteristics of machine tools,the reasonable distribution of structural parts is the key to the research.By applying the optimal quality distribution relation of structural parts to the overall design of machine tool,the subsequent design period of machine tool can be shortened and the design efficiency can be improved.The traditional method of machine tool design is not effective in the quantitative evaluation of the relationship between the quality distribution of structural parts and the dynamic characteristics of the machine.Aiming at the above problems,the research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.A multidisciplinary CAD/CAE simulation platform based on iSIGHT was established,and a set of methods for studying the routing of machine tool quality distribution was constructed by comprehensively utilizing the experimental design,response surface model and optimization method provided by iSIGHT software.2.The mathematical model of the static stiffness of the whole machine and the nonlinear fmincon function in MATLAB toolbox are used to match the static stiffness of each structural part that satisfies the given static stiffness value of the end of the whole machine.The simulation platform is used to design the internal structure size that matches the static stiffness of the structural parts.3.Take the precision horizontal machining center of frame-in-frame-structure as the theoretical research model,establish its 3D dynamic mathematical model,and use the model to analyze the relationship between the mass of bed,column,moving frame and sliding table and the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine,and get the way that the quality change of structural parts affects the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine.4.Based on iSIGHT CAD/CAE multidisciplinary simulation platform,and based on the experimental design,the response surface model between the quality of the structural parts of the machine and the first five natural frequencies of the machine was obtained by fitting.Taking the response surface model as the objective function,the optimal quality ratio of the structural parts of the machine was optimized by nsga-ii algorithm.In order to verify the validity of the research results in this paper,after the mass distribution of the machine is reconstructed,the first five natural frequencies of the machine are improved,and the lightweight design of the machine is realized.
