The steel industry is one of the important pillar of China's economy.As the cornerstone of the country,it provides the essential equipment for most manufacturing enterprises and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of China's manufacturing industry and national economy.However,in recent years,with the increasing costs of raw material and labor and the lag in technology and management,China's steel enterprises have fell into "severe winter" period.In order to solve the concerns,this paper analyzes the logistics of in-plant and out-plant vehicles,based on the ongoing operation conditions of a steel company in Hebei Province to explore new profit generating channels.In the light of the analysis on the matter of raw material warehousing from out-plant vehicles,and taking the enhancement of the warehousing plan and the alternative multi-entry/exiting option into consideration,a scheduling optimization model that minimizes the operating cost and delivery time of the last truck is established,by implanting a simultaneous vehicle entering/exiting strategy on the basis of its existing single-entry and single-out scheduling scheme.In order to obtain the optimal solution of the model,the improved GSO(Glowworm Swarm Optimization)algorithm is applied for the analysis.The algorithm is improved by self-adaptive strategy and Levy mutation strategy,which improves the Capability of exploration and processing speed.Lastly,the actual data of a steel company in Hebei Province is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.According to the research and analysis of the In-plant vehicle scheduling system and based on the existing single-entry and single-out scheduling scheme.A utilized scheduling model is established to enable the use of least number of tractors and lowest total driving cost,by implanting the in-plant circulation and transportation plan.In order to obtain the optimal solution of the model,the same improved GSO optimization algorithm is applied for the analysis.The self-adaptation strategy and immune mechanism are adopted to improve the algorithm.The actual data of a steel company in Hebei Province is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.To remove the burdens from the enterprise's poor logistic informatization level,low management efficiency,and difficulty in implementation of control policies in a steelcompany in Hebei,a customized in-plant and out-plant vehicle scheduling system is developed by integrating its logistic management strategy.Besides,the operating processes,system structure and function modules are elaborated,and the core interface of the system is displayed.The practice has shown that the system can guarantee the operating efficiency of the entire steel enterprise.
