When laying and recycling cables under the roadway.Usually The cable is handled and laid manually.But the cable usually has a large cross-section and a long length.The laying of a single cable requires multiple people to work at the same time,In this way,The labor intensity is high,The efficiency is low,and there are hidden safety hazards.This article is based on the research of Shendong Coal Group's explosion-proof engineering vehicle restructuring cable retractable vehicle project.construct a complete vehicle model and perform finite element analysis and optimization on the frame.Through the transformation of the WC40 Y Hydraulic support truck,Removed redundant functions,added fast cable reel replacement,cable take-up and cable arrangement functions,Make appropriate adjustments to the front frame structure;select components with high reliability and mature technology,And control the design cost,This article mainly uses Solid Works software to model each structure of the cable car.After the vehicle model is built,considering the vehicle's driving process,the stress on the frame structure is more complicated.Various failures are prone to occur,so combined with the knowledge of statics,With the help of professional simulation software ANSYS Workbench,The main six typical working conditions were simulated and analyzed,and the stress and strain cloud maps of the cable car when passing through different roads were analyzed,and the local stress and strain areas were clarified.At the same time.the modal analysis of the cable car was also carried out in this paper.The 12-order natural frequency extracted and the corresponding modal vibration mode analyzed whether the engine frequency would affect the resonance of the frame The resonance reaction of the frame and its coping strategies.Based on the analysis of the first two phases,the topology optimization module of ANSYS is used to optimize the density of some areas of the rear frame,which reduces the quality of the car body and also rationally controls the design cost.In summary,This article completed the modeling of the cable retractable vehicle through Solid Works software,And obtained the stress and strain cloud map of the frame through the analysis of ANSYS Workbench software.Some areas of the frame have been optimized for density,reducing the weight of the body and controlling the design cost.
