Prediction And Classification Of Geological Environmental Risk In Mining Area

The geological environmental problems in coal mining area seriously threaten the safety of people’s life and property,and restrict the development of local economy and society.The green and safe mining of coal is the inevitable requirement and trend to promote the scientific and sustainable development of China’s coal industry at the present stage.The study of the potential geological environment risk and its classification in the mine area can provide some guidance for the decision-makers of coal mining enterprises,and help to further promote the green and safe mining in the mine area.Based on the definition of geological environment and the composition of it in the mine area,this study identifies the main factors and problem types of geological environment damage in the mine area and classifies the geological environment problems in the mine area,and identifies occurrence frequency and research hotspot,meanwhile discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of geological environment in the mine area.On this basis,the index system of geological environment risk prediction and evaluation in mine area is established,which includes 13 indexes,and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)has carried on the weight assignment to each index of the geological environment risk prediction and evaluation index system of the coal mine area,the weight result shows that: the experts generally think that the mining geological conditions are the main factor affecting the geological environment risk of the coal mine area.Finally,using MCDA(multiple criteria decision analysis)model,the risk classification of six proposed(expanded)mine areas in China is studied.The results show that the potential geological environment risks of the six coal mining areas are: Xiangning mining area in Shanxi Province > Wensu mining area in Xinjiang > Ordos mining area in Inner Mongolia > Fugu mining area in Shaanxi Province > Hetian mining area in Xinjiang > Yu mining area in Shanxi Province.According to the comprehensive index of geological environment risks,the potential geological environment risk of Xiangning mining area in Shanxi Province is relatively high;Erdos mining area in Inner Mongolia and Wensu mining area in Xinjiang are moderate;Fugu mining area in Shaanxi,Hetian mining area in Xinjiang and Yu mining area in Shanxi is relatively low.
