| The self-service rice mill integrates technologies such as the machinery,control,and internet and it not only reduces the rice warehousing,transportation,and packaging,but also allows the rice,that people can eat,become more fresh and healthy.The self-service rice mill is bound to become the key development direction in the future.However,at present,the development of self-service rice mill in China is still in its infancy,and there is an urgent need to further promote research and development in this area.In order to fulfill such need,this work is dedicated to the research and design of the self-service rice mill.This work is mainly carried out from the control system and whitening characteristics so as to ensure the overall performance of the self-service rice mill.Relying on the related hardware and software,this work completes the design of the control system which can strengthen the intelligence and automation and ensure the efficiency and stability.The discrete element method is used to carry out the research on the whitening characteristics,which can solve the problems that traditional theoretical methods and experimental methods cannot solve.The method can provide guidance and basis for the design and optimization of the self-service rice mill.The innovation of the work is reflected in the following aspects.1)The needs and working requirements of the self-service rice mill are analyzed to carry out modular design and determine the structural composition of the self-service rice mill.Further,the main parts,such as the barn,the hopper,the rice milling device,are analyzed,designed and manufactured under the structure,function and working principle.Then all the parts are assembled together.2)Based on the clear structure of the self-service rice mill,the control need is analyzed.In this work,the design of the hardware part of the self-service rice mill is based on the PLC including the scheme design,hardware design,software design and debugging of the control system.3)The part about the whitening characteristics is carried out around the spiral rising angle of the spiral section of the roller.The traditional approximate design theory is not accurate enough to be used to analyze the influence of the spiral rising angle.So a series of rice milling models with different spiral rising angles are established and the discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the rice milling process of each model.Then,the influence of the spiral rising angle on the rice milling process is discussed and analyzed from the axial speed of rice grains,the number of rice grains and the compressive force. |
