During the electrochemical trepanning machining process,there is a taper on the side wall of the workpiece due to the presence of stray corrosion.Taper is an important factor that affects the accuracy of the workpiece.Engineering applications have higher requirements for the taper of the workpiece.In order to control the machining taper,this paper carried out simulation and experimental research on electrochemical trepanning of variable voltage.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Electrochemical machining simulation of linear variable voltage was carried out to compare and analyze the effects of different cathode blade thicknesses and different curvature radii on the taper of the workpiece.The simulation results show that the thinner the thickness of the cathode blade,the smaller the taper value of the workpiece;the smaller the radius of curvature of the cathode blade,the greater the amount of change in the taper value of the workpiece caused by the change in the voltage parameter.(2)For cylindrical workpieces with constant curvature radius and workpieces with unequal curvature radius,a variable voltage electrochemical trepanning experiment was carried out.Based on the experiment results,voltage regulation curves with different curvature radii were fitted.The results show that the voltage regulation curve of the workpiece with a large curvature radius is steep,and the voltage regulation curve of the workpiece with a small curvature radius is gentle.(3)Aiming at the characteristics of different curvature radiuses of blade pots,blade backs,leading and trailing edges,different voltage regulation curves were used to conduct experimental research on blade nest electrolytic processing.The curvature radius of the leaf pot and the back of the leaf is large,and the experiment uses a 17.5-23 V voltage regulation curve;the curvature radius of the front and rear edges is small,and the experiment uses a 17.9-21.8V voltage regulation curve.The results show that,compared with 20 V constant voltage processing,the cone value of the leaf pot is reduced from 1.394° to 0.011°,the value of the leaf back taper is reduced from 1.909° to 0.754°,and the leading edge taper value is reduced from 3.293° to-0.021°,the trailing edge taper value was reduced from 1.814° to-0.458°.The blade taper processed by the fitted voltage regulation curve has been greatly improved,which verifies the accuracy of the fitted voltage regulation curve.
