| At present,the nanofibers prepared by electrospinning technology have a wide range of application value in environmental protection,biomedicine,micro-sensor and other fields.There are some electrospinning equipments in the market,but the functions of these equipments are generally relatively single.Therefore,the goal of this project is to design a multifunctional nanofiber electrospinning equipment.The equipment has the functions of continuous and accurate liquid supply,accurate high pressure to the nozzle,realization of nanofiber patterning and batch deposition,real-time temperature and humidity monitoring,lighting,and exhaust.First,according to these functions,the mechanical structure design of the equipment is carried out.In the design of the liquid supply system,a stepping motor is used to provide power for it with a ball screw.The liquid supply accuracy can reach 1m L/h.The collection method includes flat plate collection,There are three collection methods: roller collection and conveyor belt collection.The rotation speed of the roller and the conveyor belt can reach 500 rpm.In addition,a three-dimensional mobile platform is designed to allow the nozzle to achieve precise spatial movement.The movement range is 400mm×400mm×160mm,and the horizontal movement accuracy is 2mm.The vertical movement accuracy can reach 0.8m L/h.Finally,design a box structure to house the high-voltage power supply,temperature and humidity sensors,lighting lamps,alarm lamp posts,cameras,exhaust fans,electric control cabinets and touch screens.Then,design the control system for the mechanical parts which are designed.Mitsubishi FX5 U series PLC is used to form the control system of the equipment.The control system mainly includes a liquid supply system,a three-dimensional movement control system of the nozzle,a collection system,Three-dimensional mobile platform control system,a high-voltage power supply system,and a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system,etc.The speed and stroke of the liquid supply motor and the motor of the three-position mobile platform are controlled by pulse signals,and the roller collection system and conveyor belt collection system are controlled by the voltage analog of the PLC.The high-voltage power supply is controlled through RS485 communication,and the real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system transmits the temperature and humidity information to the PLC through MODBUS communication.The centralized control of all functions of the equipment is realized through the man-machine interface software.After the design is completed,the equipment is assembled and debugged.Finally,functional verification of the assembled nanofiber electrospinning equipment and experimental research based on electrospinning technology are carried out.The functional verification includes: the patterning of the X and Y linear reciprocating trajectories of nanofibers,the patterning of rectangular trajectories,the patterning of grid trajectories,and the production of batches of nanofiber membranes.The results show that the nanofiber electrospinning equipment meets the expected functional requirements.Secondly,the influence of fiber receiving distance,nozzle voltage,and drum speed on fiber diameter is studied.Experiments show that as the electric field intensity increases,the nanofiber diameter becomes smaller. |
