In recent years,the attention of ice and snow sports has been rising,the average annual growth rate of the number of participants of more than 20%,but ice and snow sports are high-risk sports,the participants have high requirements for technology,equipment and psychological quality.At home and abroad due to skiing accidents resulting in death and injury cases abound.Even skiing professional athletes in the training and competition process injury ratio is also high.At the same time,the standard for judging the performance of professional skiers also stays at the stage of basic timing and manual identification.In order to protect the skier's safety and improve the training effect,real-time detection and early warning of the skiing process is an effective solution,so the skiing process data quantification is currently one of the research priorities in the field of ski safety and security.In view of the lack of skiing intelligent safety protection equipment and the lack of data support for skiers' performance evaluation,this paper proposes a ski-specific airbag triggering control algorithm design scheme,and designs a special safety warning system implementation scheme for ski jumping around three functional modules,such as skiing process gesture data collection,skiing gesture recognition and skiing process danger warning.The hardware test platform of the ski-specific airbag warning system consisting of inertial sensors,ARM microcontroller,n RF52832 Bluetooth transceiver chip and data memory card is constructed,and the corresponding algorithm software is developed.In the system built in this paper,MPU9250 realizes the gesture data acquisition such as angular velocity and acceleration during skiing.In view of the sensor characteristics and system error sources,the attitude measurement system error model is established,and the corresponding inertial sensor data calibration filtering algorithm is designed to effectively improve the effectiveness of system data detection.Secondly,the Mahony complementary filtering algorithm based on the quadratic method is designed and improved by comparing the typical attitude data filtering and fusion algorithms,and its algorithm solution reliability and attitude solution characteristics are analyzed by MATLAB platform simulation.To address the weak convergence of the Mahony complementary filtering algorithm for high dynamic solution,the quaternion-based extended Kalman filtering algorithm is designed and optimized,which effectively compensates for the weak convergence of the early warning system for high dynamic detection.Subsequently,in order to realize the effective and accurate hazard warning function of ski jumping process,this paper proposes a secondorder hazard discrimination strategy based on the support vector machine joint threshold method through the decomposition of ski jumping process characteristic actions and the collation of domestic and foreign research and design programs of hazard discrimination strategy,which improves the problem of large probability of false triggering caused by a single hazard discrimination strategy.Finally,according to the requirements of skiing sports equipment,two versions of the hardware platform integrated circuit board design was completed,and the early warning system test prototype assembly and shell design were carried out for the characteristics of ski jumping sports to minimize the impact caused by the early warning system skiing process.The experimental and simulation results show that the ski-specific airbag trigger control algorithm proposed in this paper can realize the early warning of the dangerous state of ski jumping process and record and store the motion data,which can provide data reference and safety guarantee for skiers' training,among which the detection accuracy of low dynamic motion process can reach 100% and the warning accuracy of high dynamic motion process can reach 96.82%.The comprehensive detection accuracy of the early warning system can reach 96.06%.The final experimental results show that the research of this paper meets the expected requirements,can effectively identify the dangerous state of ski jumping process,accurately trigger the alarm,and at the same time record the ski jumping process motion posture data in real time,which provides reliable data support for skiers' performance evaluation and training effect analysis,realizes the intelligent protection of skiing process and reduces the risk of skiing process.
