With the progress of the times,textile materials and textile technology have developed rapidly.Textiles are not only limited to clothing and decoration,but also various functional requirements.As a major category of textile products,non-woven fabrics have increased their market share year by year.The fast-developing non-woven industry has also highlighted some problems.Since most of the products are flammable and combustible,the problem of causing fires or causing fire to spread is increasing.Issues related to the safety of people's lives and property cannot be ignored.Therefore,countries around the world have also made a series of relevant regulations and regulations on textile flame-retardant requirements for textile products.This article explores and analyzes the properties of stitch-bonded nonwovens,modification of hydrotalcite,SiO2 aerogel,preparation of flame retardant heat-insulating agent,and coating experiments.(1)Preparation of experimental base material for stitch-bonded nonwovensA more comprehensive investigation has been made on the currently commonly used non-woven machinery and processing technology,and a full understanding of the development of non-woven technology,production mechanism and application areas.Determined to use polyester staple fiber,polyester filament,viscose fiber as raw materials,and adopt the method of dry-laid netting and stitch-bonding reinforcement.Adjust the process parameters to prepare nonwoven fabrics with two different stitching methods,warp flat weave and braided weave,as experimental substrates.Through various performance tests,it can be seen that the air permeability of the chain-stitched nonwoven fabric is better than that of the flat-stitched nonwoven fabric,and the pores can be observed more obviously,However,its mechanical properties are slightly inferior to that of the nonwoven fabric stitched by plain weave.(2)Preparation and performance analysis of hydrotalciteSynthesis of hydrotalcite was analyzed,the application of low saturation coprecipitation carbonate magnesium aluminate hydrotalcite as a precursor,Through XRD characterization of the precursors synthesized by different precipitating agents,when(Na HCO3 and NH3·H2O)are used as precipitating agents,the obtained hydrotalcite precursors have a better crystalline state;The synthesis crystallization temperature and time were detected by XRD,and the crystallization temperature was finally determined to be 60?,and the crystallization time was1h as the best process parameters.The whiteness of hydrotalcite was verified by calcining to determine its good thermal stability.(3)Modification experiment of hydrotalciteThe precursor is modified with anion,using its interlayer anion exchangeability and memory characteristics,the roasting reduction method is used to make the hydrotalcite lose most of the water and interlayer anion CO32-,generating water vapor and CO2,and obtaining bimetal composite oxidation,Put it into the solution medium of SiO32-,after high-speed stirring,make SiO32-enter the hydrotalcite interlayer to form MgAl-SiO3-LDH;analyze whether SiO32-enters the hydrotalcite interlayer by XRD and thermogravimetric-thermal difference test.According to the same experimental methods and procedures,produced a MgAl-BO3-LDH,MgAl-PO4-LDH,The results of the intercalation experiment obtained through detection are similar,and the precursor anion is successfully replaced.(4)Preparation of synthetic coating of hydrotalcite and SiO2 aerogelSelect water-based polyacrylate as the binder,hydrotalcite as the inorganic filler,and mix SiO2 aerogel slurry to prepare the flame-retardant and heat-insulating paint.The measured fineness of the paint is 28?m,the paint viscosity is 28000cp,and the paint quality is good,In line with non-woven fabric coating requirements.The synthetic coatings containing MgAl-PO4-LDH and MgAl-BO3-LDH were prepared according to the above experiments.(5)Non-woven fabric coating experiment and coated fabric performance testStudy the coating process,use the direct coating method to coat the stitch-woven nonwoven fabric,and analyze the effect of different coating amounts on the properties of the fabric according to the change of the coating amount.Through the coating fabric test:it can be obtained that the fabric strength and coating amount increase,the air permeability of the fabric decreases with the increase of the coating amount,and the coating has a greater impact on the fabric style;Coatings composed of four different types of hydrotalcite uniformly on the surface of the non-woven fabric respectively,Through vertical combustion test and limit oxygen index experiment,it is found that the limit oxygen index of the coating cloth containing MgAl-PO4-LDH component is 26.7%,and the flame retardant grade reaches B1.After 30 times of washing,the flame retardant grade is still B2,good inflammability and washing resistance.;Test the coated fabric by adjusting the volume fraction of SiO2 aerogel,and study the surface when the volume fraction of SiO2 aerogel is 12%,The thermal conductivity coefficient of the fabric is 0.014(W/m·?),the Cro value is 0.43col,and the heat preservation rate is 31.1%.The heat preservation performance is the best.
