With the rapid development of modern computer technology,and gradually combined with the textile industry,it is widely used in the textile field,which makes the textile production gradually move towards the road of automation development.In the detection and control of textile quality,the structure parameters such as fabric weave,fabric density and yarn arrangement are very important indexes.At present,most of the factories and enterprises in the textile industry mainly rely on the analysis and detection of fabric samples manually with the help of fabric lens,which is subjective,time-consuming,labor-intensive,labor-intensive and error prone.Therefore,the use of computer image processing technology to effectively replace manual to achieve intelligent fabric density detection,improve the efficiency of industrial production,is of great significance to realize the automation and intelligence of textile production.In this paper,an automatic detection method of simple weave fabric density based on computer image vision is proposed,which uses computer vision and digital image processing technology to analyze and identify the warp and weft yarn information of simple weave fabric and calculate the fabric density.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Aiming at the problem of inclination in the collection of image of simple tissue fabric,a fast incline detection and correction algorithm of fabric image based on randon transform is adopted.The incline angle is detected by randon transform.Then,the tilt image is corrected quickly based on the rotation method of linear storage structure of image.Then,the corrected image is processed by uneven illumination,gray conversion The image preprocessing,such as filtering and noise removal and contrast enhancement,can obtain the better quality fabric image.2.In order to determine the optimal decomposition level of fabric image in multi-scale wavelet decomposition processing,an energy curve method is proposed.The energy ratio of each component is calculated and the energy curve is drawn.The minimum peak value of the energy curve is used to determine the optimal decomposition level of wavelet decomposition,and the fabric image is reconstructed by optimal wavelet decomposition,After reconstruction,the horizontal component and vertical component are binarized,and then smoothed to get a clear and smooth image of warp and weft yarn distribution.Finally,the warp and weft density of woven fabric is calculated automatically by the program,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic detection of fabric warp and weft density.This paper studies the simple tissue fabric density detection method based on computer vision.Combining digital image processing technology with textile professional knowledge,the paper uses corresponding algorithm to solve the problems in the density detection of simple tissue fabrics.Finally,it has achieved good results and verified the feasibility of this method,It is of great significance to realize the automatic measurement of fabric density in textile factory.
